I went there at 8:45pm and the place was locked. 2 workers inside and neither one said anything. Just looked at me. The sign outside said open till 10pm. Now I am on google at it says open till 9pm. Subway needs to get it together. Food is not as good as it use to be and I have nothing positive to say about customer service.

Went in store asked employee to help woth the online order for the buy 1 foot long get foot long free he was no help it charged me 33 dollars should have been 16 buy 1 get 1 free horrible service didn't get food and was charged had to wait for my refund to go back on my card I'll never eat here or take my business here again worst customer service in townParking: There is a big parking lot for me to park to go to the other stores in complex as I'll never go to this subway again

Horrible wait time/ service!! When i pulled through the drive thru the man said I’ll be right with you! Made us wait for 20 minutes in line, finally came after me saying hello! Then couldn’t hear us, wouldn’t respond to my requests. Then asked us to pull up to the window to be ignored again. They didn’t even acknowledge we were there! So after another 5 minutes we drove off!! Called the store to speak to management and still no answer!! Smh!!! I will never EVER go to this place nor recommend to anyone!!!! Horrible service!!!

I didn't eat here, but my girlfriend did the night before she took the bar exam in Yakima and says it was the best Subway she's ever had. Hasn't stopped talking about it since she got home. I suspect her experience might have been enhanced by some form of psychosis triggered by sleep deprivation and abuse of prescription stimulants, but she still swears by it. She got the steak sub with provolone, mozzarella, garlic aioli and red wine vinegar. She had a panic attack during the exam the next morning, but don't think you can chalk that up to the food. 5 stars.

I ordered on the app. When I went to puck it up, they were out of meatballs. It was for my granddaughter, who is extremely limited in her pallet and only wanted meatballs and settled for ham and cheese. You would've thought that they would've offered her a cookie or bag of chips or something for her sacrifice. But, she didn't.

Place an ordered online when I opened it both sandwiches were made on the wrong bread and one of them had a hair in it. I went back to get it remade and she still made it wrong again:(
Went through the drive thru tonight. Ordered three sandwiches. One was completely wrong. Wrong bread. Wrong sauce. It had no cheese. And the bacon was soggy. $31 down the drain.
