Honestly i ordered through the app i didn’t get an item so i called, no answer called three more times nothing. So I called two more times because I ain’t paying for food im not getting still no answer so I will be calling in the morning because it’s crazy how they answer the phone just to hang up 5 seconds after without saying anything

My friends and I ordered online sandwiches, only 2 were made. The 3rd one the lady didn't even look at or make, she just said "oh there's was an order" won't be coming back.

Food was OK. The lettuce was browning I let the employee know and he still put it on my sandwich then refilled the container for the next customer. I told the cashier I got no response literally, she ignored me completely. Yes, I did repeat the complaint, she definitely heard me.

I visited this subway on 10-18-23 and was greeted by a friendly young lady who’s name I forgot but it started with a “C” or maybe a “K” she was polite and very informed and knowledgeable about the menu and the coupon that I used and for every question that I asked she made me feel like a person and not as if I was an idiot like some other fast food restaurants do this will be my go to subway because of the excellent customer service that I received

They do not honor Subway coupons at this location. The franchise owner of this location refuses to accept them. The girl working the counter was very friendly though.

Love subway food only this location in particular ALWAYS HAS ONLINE ORDERING OFF! What an inconvenience when you’re in a rush and trying to order. What’s the whole point if you’re always turning it off?

If I could leave a negative review I would. This store today had the worst employees working there. Waited literally 15 minutes just to order my damn sandwich. That's half my lunch done already. Literally only had 4 minutes to eat it because the 2 buffoons helping me were focused on other things. Honestly might never go there again until they're either fired or transferred elsewhere. Used to be my daily lunch place. But definetly won't be going back until you guys fix the service. Bunch of lazy f****** could of literally gone next door to McDonald's and been done I'm half the time with a line full of cars. Literally hate this location of subway now. Hate. Was there between 2:15-2:30 pm on 04/29/2023. It was a guy and girl working. Managers if you're reading this. Get It Taken Care Of.

Three stars for the employee. The food was expectable but when did they start using hot dog buns instead of the rolls they used to use. Two foot longs 30 dollars. Very small for lots of money. Wont go back
