My favorite restaurant in town. Great staff. Always hard to choose something off the menu because too many delicious choices. Although, I am very sad that my favorite entree the rosmary fettuccine alfredo was removed from the menu. Please bring it back…

Great food and service…..but we arrived 45 minutes early for a reservation with a group. Asked to sit in the bar and they had to get a manager. She said no it’s to confusing for the staff. I said we could leave and go another bar to wait. We finally told them we had no reservation and just wanted to be seated in the bar. Took us back to the bar and it was less than half full. Talking to others at the bar and bartender heard us and couldn’t believe it. This was a first for me. Btw also let the manager know that I would close my bill at the bar prior to being seated but that too was confusing for her. Good luck

We were in town for the state dance competition. We found this restaurant while hoping for anything that wasn’t fried at the SunDome. The food and cocktails were soo amazing. The menu was unique and the recommendations from the server were spot on.Thank goodness for the dance mom hoodie that hid my super full tummy…I didn’t leaving a bite behind.

A delightful dinner! All our entrees were cooked with love and fresh ingredients! I got a mock tail, the blood orange no-jito. Steak cooked perfectly! Great atmosphere, friendly staff, a must visit!

We have came here many times and the food is always delicious and service is great. But today we were very disappointed with the service we received. The restaurant wasn’t full we came around 3pm and our waiter came once to take our drink order and food order and didn’t come back afterwards, we had to then ask another waiter for refills and steak knife’s to then have our waiter come check on us. Usually it’s a very good tip but today $20 was a lot considering the service we received. Check #111 Table 117Another waiter then came to our table and made conversation while picking up our dinner plates. He has helped us before and recognized us. Will definitely be asking for him next time we come in.

We had some high expectations upon coming in. The place looks wonderful. Well kept and nice decor. However, things fell short as we got seated. Service was spotty and it took a long time for our food to come out. For the absurdly high prices, it was disappointing.

The vibe was good when we first walked in but the service fell way below our expectations. We waited about 1 hour & 20 minutes before our entrees were served. Steak was good but our mashed potatoes were cold & asparagus was crunchy. Not sure if we will be coming

My only concern was the fact I ordered a Beefeater Martini on the rocks. The drink was delivered and the waitress informed me the bartender substituted Tanqueray as they didn’t carry Beefeater. Not being asked if I liked or wanted a substitute was unexpected but then being charged for a double was very aggravating.

Our recent meal at Waterfire fell short of expectations, despite the inviting ambiance. We experienced notable issues with the service, including difficulties with our waiter accurately remembering our drink orders and receiving an incorrect order altogether. Unfortunately, these mistakes went unacknowledged and were not rectified. Additionally, we observed instances where our waiter appeared distracted by non-essential tasks rather than prioritizing customer needs.Furthermore, the quality of the food was disappointing. Each dish lacked the expected flavors and refinement, which raised doubts about the chef's abilities.Overall, while Waterfire offers a pleasant atmosphere, the service and food quality detract significantly from the overall dining experience. For those seeking a memorable culinary experience, we recommend considering alternative dining options.

Our visit to Waterfire was disappointing. Despite the nice atmosphere, the service fell short. The waiter forgot our drink orders multiple times and brought balsamic vinegar instead of maple syrup for our pancakes. There was no apology or offer of a discount to make up for the mistakes. The food didn't fare much better. It was below average, lacking the expected flavors and quality. It made us wonder about the chef's skills. In summary, while Waterfire has a pleasant setting, the poor service and mediocre food make it hard to recommend. If you're looking for a memorable dining experience, it's best to try elsewhere.

WaterFire is a hidden gem. I expected a delicious meal and they definitely delivered that - everyone at our table enjoyed their meal. The service was spectacular and truly set WaterFire apart from other dining experiences. In spite of a packed dining room, our server was attentive, friendly, and very helpful. He seemed to materialize almost before we needed anything and made our dinner a wonderful experience. I didn't think service like this existed anymore. WaterFire's combination of a great menu, beautiful interior, and outstanding service won me over. It's more than worth the trip.

We had ordered a couple of appetizers & a side salad which were great. We then ordered the Valentine's Special Surf & Turf & when we got it everything was good but the lobster. One of ours was cooked partially & the other wasn't cooked hardly @ all & was pretty much raw. We were very disappointed because we were really looking forward to a great meal.

This was a perfect date night spot. When i made the reservation i asked for a booth and they delivered. The food was great, it wasn't too loud, and the server was attentive.

Comically small entre' portions, laughably large rice, potatoes and other no-cost items that serve to fill the plate in the absence of the main item, i.e., the meat. Their 1/2" thick 4oz tenderloin is two bites; their 8oz is 4 bites. I'd like to have a look at the scale they're using. It's most certainly defective. They're sure not trying to impress anyone. Yet another typical morphing of what was a good restaurant to what is now a rip-off. Take a little extra money for McDonald's afterward.
