This is the worst BK I have ever been to I have come several time an never has my order ever been right an the management is just awful they treat their customers horrible all because they made the mistake an as a manager myself I know u are not supposed to treat customer that way I also know when ur training u don't leave the trainee on their first day by their selves an expect them to know what they are doing I think they need the high up to come in an clean house cause this place gives BK a bad name an I would be embarrassed to let them keep the burger King name we will not be going back to this BK ever. An as far as rating goes It's 000000 all the way around from me. Just a horrible establishment an workers.

I really wish I could give a good review and I don’t do these often but the quality of food has just gone down hill. The jr whopper burger was the size of a 2 year old would eat lettuce was not even green it was white not sure what that’s about and shriveled up like it was microwaved. I stopped going to drive thurs and today I was reminded why. I use to get jr whoppers all the time so I know what the use to be. I won’t being going to drive thru anymore it’s just not worth it when I could go to a sit down for Pennie’s more sorry BK I did not do this review, you did.

My parents just went here maybe about less than an hour ago and ordered a whopper with bacon and cheese long story short they thought the sandwich didn’t have the cheese or bacon so they went in and spoke a manger keep in mind as soon as they went in she already had a horrible attitude to begin with and instead of listening to her customers and trying to make it right she took it upon herself to open the burger in front of them and dig through it until she found the cheese then said “here’s your cheese” put the bun back on and tried to give to them. Obviously my parents didn’t want it after her disgusting hands were all over it and she opened it on the counter. Fortunately she did refund the money but she has a major attitude problem and by reading the other reviews on this page it seems like this establishment has serious issues to address ASAP. Need better customer service, cleanliness lessons, and serious management training. If you don’t want to work there then don’t.
