At least they are consistent. Consistently terrible. You can always count on them telling you to pull forward from the pickup window and forcing you to sit in your car for 15 minutes because they have to make your fries or some other excuse. They rarely get your order right and don’t seem to care.

This us the worst service ever went to get whopper jr with cheese with heavy onion got charged 20 cents each hamburger and got 2 round slices of onion asked to talk to Manger she don't speak English for one and was told that they charge extra for one extra ring of onion I'm not talking about the whole ring of onions it's really 2 small rings that is not heavy onion asked for a refund and was told no sorry what kind of place is this very very very very bad service and management...read full review

I’m not sure what’s really going on here, but I have to say I’m a fan of Burger King and this one sucks. Not sure why but food is flavorless, hamburgers cold although presentation looks nice . You would think for as long they take to make a your food it would at least be good .Someone needs to look into this issue everyone was pumped up about the new establishment and now ,everyone’s losing faith . FIX IT!!! Complaints are starting to pile up .
