Real experience review. Local tourism map led us to Hyatt. The venue ~ well manicured lawn, large windmill for landscaping embellishment. Service ~ possibly the worst service our group had ever experienced anywhere. A single woman working the tasting room. Upon entering she was attending a couple, but even though all three of them saw us come in, no welcoming or even a hello from the staff person. Patiently waiting, we did not get acknowledgment until one of the couple went to use the restroom. This staff person was clearly not trained in hospitality. Her facial expressions and demeanor plainly showed she was unapologetic for her could-not-care-less attitude. We bought a bottle and it sits on our shelf reminding us of our laughable visit. No need to waste time to expand this review. Later we read others have had similar experiences.

I visited for a tasting today. Wines were actually pretty good but service was non-existent even though we were the only ones there. The woman helping us wasn't the owner - she didn't say anything during the tasting; no description of the wines or anything. It was very bizarre and unlike any other tasting experiences in the area.

My experience at Hyatt Vineyards, Zillah, WA was held In August 2021 for a wedding renewal. The location is easy to find and the venue is beautiful. Never did I expect to be displeased having to write this review as a warning for future guest by the experience of one lady named Janet and her unprofessional handling of such a memorable event held for our family. The most disturbing portion of this experience was the manager named Janet at that location who lacked professionalism and communication skills with her bosses. We come to find out that Janet asked to be the appointed manager the date of our families celebration. It was exactly 11:45pm that she made it a point to tell our guest and musicians that the party was over prior to honoring closing time per contract agreed upon with owner. She went to the musicians stopped the music then went around telling guest that we needed to be off the grounds ASAP. Extremely unprofessional to the point of accusing guest of having had too much liquor and that she had never had to deal with this type of celebration and kind of people. FYI, we are of respectable hispanic/ white/ Irish family bunch that came together to celebrate our families joyous moment. I'm leaving this review simply because I felt a great injustice for our family and Janets accusatory tone towards the bride/groom and guest. FYI, I don't drink alcohol. After this experience I will not be recommending future business for local or out of town visitors to Hyatt Vineyards location in Zillah, WA. That lady is simply bad for business. I send her a bless her heart and not the good kind.

Never been here before and will certainly be back! Gorgeous grounds and beautiful tasting room. Friendly, friendly and attentive service! Great wine (that we actually bought) and would like to come back when it's a bit warmer to enjoy their outside area.
