I was pleasantly greeted when I came into the store, then they asked what I would like and wrote down the orders which I enjoyed. I was able to actually sit down and relax and was told when my order was ready, It felt more like a resturant which was a lot better then standing around and waiting or having to repeat myself. Then to top it off my sandwich was loaded and clean! Definitely will be making the drive out to Zillah every time.

Interesting subway! They write down your order then you just have a seat while they make everything. I’ve never seen it done that way.Unfortunately they force you to “modify” one of the predefined sandwich options and put barely anything in the sandwich. They also ended up putting stuff on mine that I didn’t want. If they did it the normal way, and made the sandwich in front of you, that wouldn’t have happened!

There were 2 girls in training and it was very obvious. They wrote down our orders and the customers behind us. Ive never been to a subway that writes orders down. They took at least 25 minutes to make our sandwiches. “Have a seat” we were told while waiting for our sandwiches. They barely put anything in the footlongs, we can taste more bread than the ingredients inside. Not to mention i got a capicola footlong and they rang it up as a philly cheesesteak, which was over $15. Honestly the worst subway experience by far. $41 for 2 sandwiches and one drink is insane. Why there wasn't someone working there that wasn't training was odd.

kinda sucked, honestly. as opposed to using the standard subway method of making the sandwich AS YOU TELL THEM what you want on it, they would ask for your order and then ask for you to take a seat, then make your sandwich. there are several issues with this. when listing what you want on your sandwich you can't really look at it while its being made, which creates practical issues, making it so that you can't make adjustments while your sandwich is being made. and afterwards when we got our food, it was messed up. my sister got a sandwich that was not at all what she ordered and several toppings were missing from all our sandwiches and random toppings were there that were not asked for.a poor experience.

A yummy treat that is perhaps a little over priced. Fresh ingredients and usually great service. One of the downfalls is with the app,if you do not have your card available they will not use the coupons in the app. Sad face!Parking: A good amount of space if and when it's available.

I placed an order online for the first time so that I can get the BOGO50 deal, and once I submitted my order I called the store to make see if I put toasted, but no one answered. So I went to the store to pick it up and asked and she said that I didn’t put it toasted and one of the girls looked at the other girl and said she wants them toasted and the girl said well we can’t just remake them. So she put them in the toaster with the veggies and everything on them. As a customer who was trying to correct the order and get what I paid for, I wasn’t very happy. When I got there there was only one lady so they weren’t busy to not answer the phone. I hardly come to subway but decided to today.

The trainee with the goatee beard hybrid needs a raise and or promotion. While working solo me, my girl and a third customer all got assisted calm as a daisy. Listened well and made us all great subs. Couldn't be happier with this subway location!

After our Granddaughter's soccer game we went there on a Monday night. They had ONE employee working and she had numerous parents show up. She absolutely ROCKED it! Yes it took a bit longer but she was so poised and attentive and she made sure each customer got their order right. Yep I will go there again.
