Emailed penny in June about a specific color combo I wanted. She promptly responded but didn’t have what I wanted. December rolls around and she emailed me saying she found what I wanted. I paid she shipped and had it in my hands the next day. I couldn’t believe she remembered my email I sent months prior. Great service love our Bagalot’s.
