Typically I love this place, but this time when I placed my online order everything that I asked for (adding cheese, bagel selection, toasted and removal of some items) were not applied.

The young lady working was very helpful but the older lady that came out from the back is very miserable to deal with. I placed an online order the day prior for a dozen bagels for pick up for the following morning. The younger lady apologized for not having the order ready when I arrived and started to fill the order. The older lady came out from the back saying the order ticket printed off that morning and that I can’t pick it up until the following day. I explained that my receipt said the order would be ready for pick up Saturday morning and she told me “oh well the ticket printed this morning and it won’t be ready until tomorrow”. The younger lady working apologized again for inconvenience and for her coworkers attitude.

Very busy and understaffed. They gave me the wrong bagel but I wasn't too upset. I didn't say anything about it to them; the bagel was still good. The veggie cream cheese was also very good; perfect creaminess and just the right flavor. I will be back.

Hardest bagels ever! Were these several days old? Usually this place is very delicious and perfect bagels. Today was not good at all. Two of these bagels didn't even have holes!

The service here was amazing. even though it was busy they made me feel so welcomed. The food was amazing!!! Their cream cheese pumpkin muffin was so good!! also the best bagel i've ever had (and i don't really like bagels!) very highly recommend this place.

This place is on another level. This would be an A team breakfast situation compared to the microwavable Starbucks, Caribou, and Scooters in this area. Don't get me wrong, you will find me time to time at those when convenience is a priority as you have to physically get out of your car for this gem. If you truly want a good am pickup and fill-up check this place out. If you want to be like the other squares, go to the other establishments.

Best bagels in the valley. However, don’t mobile order - I showed up 20 minutes after my order time and it wasn’t ready. Waited 10 minutes and watched 10+ walk-ins receive their order before I had to go and ask on the status. Had to wait another 5 minutes for them to actually make it after asking. I would not have ordered online if I had known this - what’s the point of ordered ahead? Still woulda got the bagels, tho.

Made a quick breakfast stop and was impressed (and initially overwhelmed!) with the size of the menu. So many different things to choose from - bagels, sandwiches, muffins, mini muffins, coffee, you name it. Was hoping for an asiago bagel but they did not have any...however, the cheddar herb bagel might be a new favorite for me! The service was fast and very friendly. Everything was delicious and fresh. The coffee was great too and saved me from making a separate stop somewhere else! 100% will be back!
