If I could give negative stars I would. The only thing we got correct with our order was the side of guacamole. We ordered 2 burritos and got those as bowls and we ordered 2 bowls and got those as burritos. The salad we got had NO LETTUCE. Not sure where these people are from but around her we put lettuce in our salads. We also got the wrong salsa put in a bowl and a lot of lettuce put in when we wanted light lettuce in the burrito. When I tried to call i got some automated thing to talk to. I wanted to talk with an actual person but that wasn’t even an option. So we drove to the restaurant and when I talked to the lady she wasn’t very helpful and didn’t seem to care. All i wanted was a refund but of course she couldn’t help with that. She gave me a number to call to get a refund and after being on the phone for a while and barely being able to hear/understand what she was saying and being told that I might not get a refund because there wasn’t enough wrong with my order they finally gave me a refund.

Got food there today, they sent my burrito down the line to get it done faster and asked for a list of what was on it. They put sour cream on it while I wasn't looking, which I did not want or ask for, rendering my meal inedible. Portions were tiny and their rice is always RAW. Disgusting how much they've gone downhill.
Food would have gotten 5 stars but my chips were very dark and not good. Over cooked perhaps?

I understand I came in at 9:20 and it’s getting closer to closing. But from the minute I stepped up I knew they didn’t wanna help me. They gave me half portions . And ultimately at the end of the night. The teenage girl threw the bag on the counter at me. Now I know, never come to Chipotle at night

The Carne Asada was horrible, I do not recommend. The time of my order was 12:09pm, the meat was dry, overcooked, and full of fat and gristle. The meat portion was small about 2oz which I could not eat and tossed in the garbage. I basically paid $19.00 for rice and a few vegetables. I have eaten at the Fox River Mall location in the past and was very happy with the food and service. The Darboy location was a poor lunch choice.
