We have always ordered takeout from this place over the last 5 years UNTIL last year when after we ordered our favorite sweet and sour chicken for brunch, the next 24 hours was a nightmare. The dish was contaminated. Me and my son split the order and we had diarrhea all evening and all night. My husband and other child did not eat it.And this was the only thing we ate before the diarrhea. We ate it for brunch and could not have dinner anymore with our upset stomach. We contacted the place threeTimes and each time they told us they were busy at that moment so we had to callBack and back. They did not even have the initiative to call us back and acted as if nothing happened. Sadly, in as much as we want to support local, we will not order from here anymore.

Ordered vegetable chow mei fun and tried adding tofu as it has no protein “as-is” and was told they were “too busy” to modify an order. Food was ok but was just flavored rice noodles with 7 smallish pieces of broccoli and what looked like lettuce.

Chopstix is our go to Chinese takeout. We haven’t gone anywhere else locally in years because Chopstix is truly the best. Tonight, we ordered again and the food was just SO excellent that I felt compelled to tell the world. The veggies are FRESH and cooked perfectly! 10/10 recommend!!

After ordering here a few times I can confidently give my thoughts.Fried rice is incredibly bland. Not even salt? Just oily with a few onions and the occasional pea and carrot, which don't add much to the flavor dept.General tso's is mostly breading, including lots of breading chunks with no chicken at all. Or chicken that's so dry and tough in the middle I wonder how old it is.Pepper steak is OK, steak is pretty overcooked and a bit rubbery but more palatable than general tsos.Crab Rangoon filling is good, but the shape of them is unpleasant to eat comfortably.Sweet and sour chicken is probably the only dish I'd order again, though other places in the area do them better. They provide ample sweet n sour sauce with tastes pretty good. Still pretty oily though.Spring rolls are really oily inside and difficult to eat. Wrap is very chewy and near impossible to cut through without a lot of force.Overall, wouldn't recommend. I will say they are consistent. But consistently sub mediocre execution on the dishes I lean towards is disappointing, even when the craving hits.
