We had a horrible experience there from the time we walked in the door. No sign whether to seat ourselves, asked someone down hall, and was told No you wait until I get there. Seated, waitress will be with us in few minutes. More than 10.minutea later, ours finally arrived. Husband ordered hamburger medium, received it overdone, dry and hard as a puck. My sandwich wasn't much better, roast beef that was shredded, dry and again unseasoned. We opted not to get salad bar, the iceberg lettuce was pale, pasta salad and one other and puddings. There wasn't one friendly face or greeting. My husband's birthday Never again.

Started the evening with 1 bloody and 1 Moscow mule. They have absolutely no idea how to make a proper mule.Bloody Mary was spot on.Decide on some tenderloins.Meander our way over to the salad bar. Everything there is fresh. I do however wish there was a larger selection of fixin's for your salad.Steaks arrive. One with twice baked potatoes, and one with potato puffs. Both steaks are a bit under cooked. Let's be real, I'd rather under cooked than over cooked.Seasoning and flavor were awesome.Twice baked was pretty good, but the puffs were the side we liked the most.Overall we will be back for sure.

I'm told and have read that this is a good place to have dinner. Thursday night we (3 of us) arrived at 4:30 p.m., asked to be put on a list for dinner, and we were told that they don't take names. A waitress will be with us soon. Great! We then asked for drinks and the bartender told us; "It'll be a while I'm very busy". Ok, we'll be patient. We got our drinks timely but unfortunately one of our people placed his drink on the armrest of the bar and it fell to the floor. I then asked the female bartender for a rag so I could wipe it up. Twice, because she ignored me the first time. Upon the second request for the rag and without looking at me she said, "I'll get to it when I can". I apologized for the accident and did offer to wipe it up but must have pissed her off. We did get a waitress at 5:30 p.m. after several parties that arrived after us exited the dining area with to-go boxes. That's it; I then approached the female bartender named "Karen", and asked her how we pissed her off? She said, "You didn't piss me off, what did I do?" At that point I explained to her that several couples or parties had arrived after us and exited the building already to which she then said, "Well I'm no mind reader, I don't know when you want to eat.". Holy Crap, you don't take names or reservations! I've never had such poor service or disrespect from a person being paid to represent a business. We left the building at 5:40 p.m. and will most likely not return. Word to the wise, Don't be a KAREN. She might be ok bussing tables but shouldn't be allowed to deal with the public.

They were fairly busy for 6pm on a Tuesday but the wait was pleasant. Place is nice and clean and doesn’t smell musty or dirty like some supper clubs can. The bar area is spacious to wait either at the bar or in some small lower tables. We came for the salad bar and were a bit underwhelmed. It says Fridays have a limited salad bar and if you asked me what that looked like tonight’s is what I’d say. Lettuce, a few standard veggie toppings, your usual dressings, croutons. Missing things like pickles, carrots, corn or peas, three bean salad, cottage cheese. But it was all fresh and crisp and had the most important things for a supper club: cheese and liver spreads with crackers and hot bacon dressing. They also have two soups nightly, lasagna (flavorful and not sweet like some places) and ham and potato (perfectly thickened but not like glue and not too salty).I love that they have perch every night. I was a bit skeptical on all the combos being with tenderloin because I don’t like that cut but it was tender yet not mush, perfectly charred and crusty outside but a spot-on medium rare almost to the rare side. Seasoned well and made me a believer in tenderloin. The perch was some of the best I’ve ever had. Large. Moist fillets and cooked to perfection so it was crispy cracker crumb outside but moist and flaky inside. The broasted chicken was crispy and juicy but a bit salty for my taste. Potato puffs were a fun take on potato sides and well seasoned.Ambiance is what you’d expect, dark wood and “homey” ambiance. Waitresses are fairly attentive and get the job done. It’s also absurdly affordable, we paid more for a burger lunch earlier that day and here we even had leftovers.Parking: Parking in the back but probably not enough on a busy night.

Waitresses are always so crabby! Asked one for ketchup & another napkin. Her reply "your not my table but I will get it for you"! Our waitress served our food but never came back till she brought our bill! Ridiculous! Quit if you don't want to serve people & be friendly!!

Dick And Joan's 220 Club Appleton. Started with stout Old Fashioneds $5. Told bartender we'd like a table, told waitress would visit us at the bar. Took our order 4:33. seated and halfway through meal by 5:23, best steak and scallops my sister Annette Miskulin Fassbender and I've had in a long time. Meal, and salad bar with fresh bread....$25.95. Cooked to perfection. Fantastic waitress MacKenzie. Unbelievable.

Food is always great. Tracy made a great old fashion! My lobster was a bit overcooked, and this is the 1st time that has happened.

You can’t sit at a table until you place your order at the bar… but don’t stand in the wrong spot at the bar because you’ll be in the way. Looked up the menu online before I went, prices are literally double in person! Friday night fish fry is $24!!! One of the worse experiences I’ve had at a super club!
