They have the only Birria tacos I've found outside my grandma that's makes a perfect red sauce. If you want authentic Birria tacos, go here. Best restaurant in my area hands down.
El Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant in Appleton has been here almost a year. By far my favorite Mexican restaurant around here. Family owned, the wife waits tables while her husband does all the cooking. Often times you’ll hear him singing from the kitchen. Sometimes you’ll see their daughter and son working as well. Ordered out tonight after wanting to try this place for awhile. Food did not disappoint! Really good burritos, chips, salsa, bean dip, and guacamole. Will definitely give fajitas a try the next go around.Owner is super nice and eccentric. I did rate atmosphere 3 stars because we did only order to go and they are currently in the process of updating their restaurant under new management.
