By far the worst food I've ever attempted to eat. We got there around 4pm on a Thursday. The food was cold and you could tell it'd been sitting there for awhile. Walked out after I took a bite of everything on my plate. Nothing was hot. Nothing was fresh. A waste of $40.00

Someone was playing the sound of a dog whimpering, watched a worker add the new food on top of the old food at the buffet! A worker cleaned my table off , dictating that I should leave after two plates. Shut this place down ! Every bite I took was hard as a rock! I can’t believe people take their families here.

I've been there a few times for lunch, and it was good. But when we went tonight. 7.00 pm on a Friday night. They weren't really busy. What food there was was good. But when we made our first trip to the buffet, 13 of the food selection pans were empty or had a little old dried up food left in them. When we left 40 minutes later, 10 of the 13 were still in the same state of emptiness as when we got there. But yet the cheap foods chicken, green beans, cabbage, ect where being refilled. Mind you, they are open until 9.00 pm. I don't mind paying $16.00+ for a buffet that has some shrimp, fish, artificial crab, and crayfish. But for chicken and vegetables that's too much. We will be going back to our old standby Chinese Buffet in the Northland Mall. Was looking forward to a change. But I'm very disappointed tonight. When I saw a full pan of strawberries, I was looking forward to a bowl of them with ice cream, that was until I went to get some, about 1/2 of them. Had soft spoiled areas on them, thats when I figured out why the pan was still full

My husband and I have eaten here three times and we were very pleased each time. The food was fresh and hot and replenished often. You pay first and then it's self serve, including your beverage. This restaurant is very clean and kept clean. The waitress is quick to pick up your used dishes. She cleans tables as soon as a customer leaves including the floor. Also, the buffet is kept clean of any drops or dribbles by customers. I highly recommend Emperor's Buffet!!!

Everything I selected looked great but by the time I got to the table it was ice cold. They did not have warmers on. It's a shame that it cost $13.00, which I really didn't have only to be so disappointed. Also the heat in the building was non existence. Like they were trying to save money at the expense of their customers.

After trying EVERY Chinese buffet in the Appleton/Menasha/Neenah area TWICE I can say with certainty, this is the worst. There is no reason to go here. Much better places nearby.
