Went here on a whim for a birthday dinner and boy were we happy we did! Excellent ambience, service, and food! We order the chicken and the cheeseburger soups which were hot and delicious! Next we had our salad and this is one of the few places still in the valley to serve hot bacon dressing too! After being told so much about it i was glad to finally try it! We had cheese curds appetizers with home made ranch which was also amazing! Our server recommended after-all the owner has been snacking on em for decades (something we saw with our own eyes here too ) Our steaks were cooked perfectly too! We will definitely be back! Oh and can't forget the cherry desert!

All our Wisconsin friends said we needed to check out a traditional Wisconsin Supper Club, and George's was an excellent choice. Reservations recommended. Then you had quite a few options, especially seafood and grilled options. We enjoyed a delicious meal, and then hung out in the piano lounge to enjoy some live sing-along music.

I order the ribeye and it was an awful cheap piece of meat with absolutely no flavor. I couldn’t eat it and brought it home to feed the dogs. This place use to be great but every time I go, I am even more disappointed than before. I love that that they take reservations but I don’t think I will be coming here anymore. ☹️

Ate there last night with a large group. Atmosphere was great- captured the old WI supper club vibe perfectly. I ordered the lobster and prime rib. Price was high. Lobster was dry and tough with poor flavor. Prime rid was meh. Wife had the filet- excellent. A friend had the ribeye- excellent. Wish I would’ve ordered a ribeye. Was really looking forward to this meal, disappointed. My recommendation would be stay away from the seafood and order a good steak!

My wife and I finally tried this place for the first time a few days before Christmas. To say we enjoyed everything - from the food to the overall experience - would be an understatement. Phenomenal tenderloin that was cooked to perfection and came to the table sizzling and loaded with tasty shredded onion rings. The hashbrowns were delicious. My wife raved about the tenderloin stroganoff and potato soup. And after dinner, we hopped over to the piano bar and sipped on some grasshoppers while listening to festive music. Plus, the staff was super friendly, and the service was excellent. Loved the overall vibe and atmosphere. We're already planning our next two visits! Can't recommend George's Steak House enough!

Went there about 7 30 and the hours said they close at 8. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were seated right away. Our server was very patient, kind, and attentive. Ordered steak sandwiches with a baked potato. Ended up with fries and a baked potato. Every thing was great!
