Huhot is our family's favorite place to go. My kids love building their bowls on their own and then watching the grill masters cook it up in front of them.Wait staff is always great and grill masters are always polite and happy to accommodate.It's also a great place to go if you have allergies or sensitivities.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies and vegan options.Dietary restrictions: Common allergies are clearly listed and if you have allergies you are given special bowls so the grill masters can completely clean and block off a spot for your food to cook.Parking: Lots of parking around.Kid-friendliness: My kids love this place and we never made to feel kids aren't welcome.

Love love love HuHot. Unfortunately it's hard for me to go there much or maybe not at all. I have celiac very sensitive. And they stopped cleaning the grill like they use to. I use to go eat there frequently. Practically everytime I went to town but now I go maybe 1 a month and only at the time they just open for the day. To assure the grill is still clean from not use at the time to try n revent getting sick. I sure wish they could clean it better again. I went from going there 3 or 4 times a week to not much at all. I miss it :(

03.08.24 Update:* 1 star (wishing could give less) for the men's restroom. Never ceases to amaze (disgust) me how just god awful dirty the restrooms are here.The toweling dispenser falling off the wall, something 'semi-liquid' in the floor in the stall that wasn't food, overall smell, etc etc. This is the kinda bathroom I expect to see in an old broken down gas station.They were closed this past Monday for maintenance when I showed up for dinner... so I came back on the 7th - clearly the maintenance was NOT being done on the bathrooms.I was here on a slow night, & the restrooms appear as though they haven't been cleaned in over a week.* 4 stars for the food. This time wasn't so delicious as I recall.* 5 stars for the waitress who went above and beyond!* 5 stars for how clean the sauce area was prior to the grill.* 1 star (STILL) for their dang-blasted tiny forks! Seriously... Am I the only the only one who gets frustrated with those narrow dinner forks?What's up with that?? Trying to eat dinner always turns into repeated efforts of keeping to food on your fork before it makes it to your mouth... Ugh.Huhot... Please fix this. I'd eat there a lot more if I didn't get so annoyed by those forks & how much effort one needs to put into eating your delicious food.
1st time visiting, I never heard of this place before. My daughter suggested it for lunch and it was a cool place for sure. Definitely will go back. Probably will try the one in Flagstaff, AZ when I go out there.

Just had a terrible thing happen there was a broken piece of mussel shell in my food I didn’t even get mussels and I bit into my food and it shredded up my mouth and gums very painful and blood
