Always, always LOVED this place! Recommended it to EVERYONE!! Well last week, we ordered to-go & when we got home we noticed that our chicken was raw! We weren’t upset but couldn’t eat it so we called them & were promised a free order next time we come in. I called tonight to redeem our order & the cook came on the phone letting me know she wasn’t going to honor it (even though they had written record of it) because she cooked it so it was cooked. I’m sorry, that’s not how you treat a customer. Especially one that frequents the joint, almost 3 days a week! I’m so sad because I will never go back. I have never been disrespected by a restaurant & treated like I was lying. I never get up the nerve to call but I wanted to give them the chance to make it right cause we love them but I was blindsided. Never again.

First visit today, absolutely outstanding from start to finish!!! The person who took my order on the phone was so nice, then the employee at the counter who took my payment and got my food to me was also really awesome!!! The food itself was fantastic!!! I got the 6 piece chicken tender meal with fries as a side—fries were hot and fresh, tasted great, spot on with seasoning. Chicken tenders were amazing in flavor and the breading was so crunchy and delicious! The mild sauce took it over the top!!! Also, the amount of chicken you get with an order of 6 chicken tenders is unbelievable—definitely enough for leftovers!!! I will be back for sure!!!

A hidden gem!!! This place is amazing! I tried it tonight for the first time & it was by the far the best chicken I’ve ever had! Even my fiancé said it was the best perch & he doesn’t like anything!!!❤️❤️❤️

Two orders of perch, cooked and seasoned to perfection! As soon as I saw tarter wasn’t included I knew the ‘good ol wisconites’ would complain. This fish is too good for tarter, all though it may be a good option for those that ‘need’ it.

It was so good!!! Didn’t start eating right away, about 15 mins later I was able to and honestly?? Food was still nice and hot! Second time we’ve ordered from here, and has not disappointed yet!

We used Eat Street. The order was wrong. The perch was soggy and the slaw was such a tiny portion we could barely find it. No tartar sauce. Meh.

The catfish had no seasoning. The chicken wings were not cleaned as all of them had the black vein still. At least the shrimp was good. Not a fan of the place and very little food for the high price they charge..

First time ever going. Pretty expensive but thought well we will see maybe its large portions. Nope very tiny cup of coleslaw, right about a slice of bread, just throw everything in a foam carton. The breading they use is super spicy and crunchy. No condiments. We ordered shrimp they had no idea about shrimp sauce. No straws. Had to ask for a napkin. The table is wobbly. No butter for the bread either. I dont know how they are in business. It's not a good choice.
Love the fried chicken dinners! The orders can take a bit longer than they typically tell you but the hot to the touch chicken is worth the wait. Decent seasoning without being overpowering. One of our newest top spots for fried chicken.

Extremely good food and very polite and welcoming staff. Chicken and catfish cooked perfectly and seasoned amazingly, and the fries were great too. This is definitely a place I'd recommend if you wanted to support a wonderful local business!

Best chicken in Appleton no doubt. The wings aren't small individual pieces like what you get at bdubs, they give you a full fried chicken wing.The owner even came out and talked with us for a few minutes and let us try a seasoning that wasn't on the menu.
