Worse place I've ever been to. Customer service sucked. It's been a while since I've been there and still I am resentful about my experience. Figured any place can have an off day, so I did go back a second time... mistake. Just as bad as the first.
We were a part of a "socially-distanced", drive-by birthday celebration, and thought it would be fun to invite the Gorilla to join the birthday "girl" and her partner on the front lawn to present some balloons and help make it more festive. The Gorilla arrived down the street ahead of time, to be ready to join the fun (and help create more fun) as soon as the procession approached. It was great fun and reasonably priced.
