I'm a doordash driver and they usually don't have me waiting past my pick up time which is nice. They get their food done quick and I never have any problems with the staff. Shout out to them for also thinking of the women out there!

Great pizza done exactly how you want it and prepared quickly. You can even change options for how done it is and if you want it cut into triangles, squares, or left uncut. Their specialty pizzas with white sauce are a great change of pace.

I don’t even know where to begin. The customer service there sucks. For one I was ubering and waiting for them to give me my order made me wait along time without even acknowledging me. Then mocking me and making me feel extremely uncomfortable. Then to find out there were 2 other people in the store. One who was the manager that was doing nothing at the time and another who was putting away truck. I get it things need to be done but you can’t stop putting truck away for 5 seconds and hand an order. I don’t even like to complain so when I left and called to speak to a manger they told me that no one was there. Then when I called the next day to complain. The manager said he was there. So they lied to me on the phone. How horrible is that. The on top that I was calm and asking for corporate information and he hung up on me. How rude is that. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years and not once have I hung up on a consumer and I wasn’t even saying anything crazy. Don’t go there.

Highly deceiving website. 30 minute promise doesn't mean much when it shows up an hour later. The supervisor says website is out of his control. Good pizza, but I will not order from here again!

I delivered from here for delivery for doordash, it kinda sucked because their doordash tablet died to see the orders coming in from doordash but they still got it done I just had to waste some of my time working for doordash just sitting inside Marcos pizza

We order 1 large pizza. Got home and looked at it and totally wrong pizza. I called back and said they would remake our pizza. After waiting for over 40 minutes we got our pizza a 2nd time and it was still wrong. Since it was late I wasn't going to wait a 3rd time. They even made me 2 pizzas for the re-order and both were wrong. Hard for me to wrap my head around this.

place is filthy bugs are invited to walk in as are the guests. the kitchen is just begging for other customers to walk right in and make it themselves. and the workers should not be swatting flies while making pizza. also had to wait 20 minutes at 11pm just to get served and another 20 for our food to be finished.

Marcos on Calumet has always been a great place.. They have never disappointed me.. I grew up eating Marco's in Ohio. Would literally eat it 3 to4 times a week. (Single father who worked alot)This is completely on par with the original in Toledo!! ?
