On top of being a great place to eat, the team went above and beyond for me today when I forgot my purse and phone there. They checked the Medical ID on my iPhone, found my emergency contact - my husband, then called his phone to let us know, all within 10 minutes of us leaving! I didn’t even have time to realize I had lost my stuff or freak out about it, lol. Thanks for your great service and taking care of this customer!

What happened to this place? $21 for a dinky cup of mac and cheese with a scoop of bacon bits added and a smoothie? That doesnt even mention that it took 15 min for them to make this and bring it out to me.This will be the last time I ever come to this location at the very least, and maybe the last time I ever visit a Panera Bread franchise location. Whoever is the GM of this location, you should be royally ashamed of yourself.

They have my favorite soup so I was really excited to stop for lunch. My food was great. My daughter's steak and cheese sandwich had a terrible taste to it. She's very shy so she didn't want to say anything. I don't like to embarrass employees so I didn't go up to the counter when people were around. I decided to wait until we were done to let them know quietly. I didn't want a refund or replacement but felt they should know so others didn't have the same experience. We finished and when we were leaving, we waited at the front for a few minutes and there wasn't anyone around. We walked toward the back and didn't see anyone. We came back to the front and waited again and still didn't see anyone anywhere. It was like all the employees vanished. We live an hour away and by the time we got home, I had very bad stomach cramps and I only tried 2 small bites of her meat trying to see what tasted like "plastic" or "something torched".The broccoli cheddar cheese soup is always very good.

Good sandwiches, soups, and bread. Order at the kiosk. Seemed a little understaffed but the team worked hard to deliver the orders. I liked the bread bowl soup.

So terrible! I got zero chicken on my chipotle chicken avocado melt! They gave us no silverware. The worker was so rude in the drive through. I will definitely not be coming here again. Such a waist of money…

Unattended. Dine in was a poor experience tonight. Nobody was available to ask questions when we needed help with a gift card not working, a menu/allergy question. After far more work than it was worth we got an order done and hoped that the alright information somehow was seen by the food prep people. The food was fine properly, although the chicken noodle soup was almost lukewarm and not tasteful. I would have taken it back and asked to have something else but nobody seemed to be working there. Then during our meal the overhead music suddenly became very very loud, then soft and it happened again thirty seconds later, as if some child were playing with the volume on their parents stereo. All in all disappointing and sad to see that this store has zero customer service and seems determined to chase their remaining customers out the door.

So I stop here every once in awhile hoping it will be better. And every time, this place is filthy. Literally no clean tables, and it wasn't even busy, food in every crevice, gross. Food though was quick and tasty

It’s 50/50 if your order is right. That’s about the only consistent thing about this location. When the order is right the food is delightful.I don’t know if the problem is the employees just don’t care or they are lazy. Possibly a combo of both. A lot of very rude employee encounters also.Given all that I keep coming back though. Is it like a bad marriage? Possible. They do have great food even when it’s completely wrong. I’ve only had to drive back and return it twice in the last three years.

I had gone through the drive-thru today and i’m not happy with the service I was given! As soon as I got to the speaker the lady that was talking to me was very rude.. I understand that bad days happen but she should NOT be taking it out on hungry customers. I believe her name is Nevaeh. She was the only one in the drive-thru area and she had the same deep-ish voice. She didn’t great me when I went to the window which I thought was rude. She put my drink right in front of my face as well.

Dirty tables , seating, and floors. Our shoes were sticking to the floors. Ordered a sandwich and soup. Expected a half sandwich with soup, I got a whole sandwich (which I was charged for) with soup. Did not ask what side I wanted. Food was blah! The management needs to get the workers to pay attention to detail.

great place if you want to wait half an hour for your food, get cheese on half of you sandwich, want stale bread and be sitting on the toilet for an hour once you get home.

I will never complain how difficult my job can be at times now that I witnessed the presentation of how my sandwich was put together. That job must be arduous. I waited 10 minutes for my food. Tomatoes not even remotely close to being inside the sandwich, ALL onions repelling off the side, 35 percent of the chicken hunkered next to the bread as if it was not allowed access to be apart of the sandwich fun. So, for the atrocious price let's see ?. I had to put together my sandwich myself basically, the portions were less than adequate for being so expensive, and the flavor was meh. Next time, if there is, you may be better off just taking a slingshot with all the ingredients and launching them into the bag with a fork to eat with.

Look at the tomatoes they put on their $17 turkey sandwiches. Soup was like cool sludge. The Fuji Apple Salad with Gorgonzola was dehydrated apple chips, greens, and red onions and cakey crumbs of Gorgonzola. $65 for 3 to eat this! Panera is expensive food for food that’s normally cheap the way it is. What we overpay for is freshness and quality and a touch of thoughtfulness for comfort food and to avoid other fast food. If you can’t give us that—no way. We would’ve had a way better meal from any grocery store deli.

I received such wonderful customer service from Analis today! My family and I are traveling from Michigan and I made the unfortunate mistake of ordering online and choosing the wrong location. It was totally MY fault, yet Analis didn’t punish me for it by making me drive to the other location. She was quick to help us solve the issue and did so with such a friendly disposition! That sweet gesture meant so much to my family as my kids were tired and ready to get back to the hotel. The Mediterranean bowl that she made was by far the best one I’ve ever had and with two more days in Wisconsin, we intend to go back to this location. Thanks Analis!
