Went to Qdoba for a late lunch. Quiet setting, great service. Staff worked well together. The restaurant was very clean, and the staff was friendly. Food was fresh, questions were answered, and suggestions were made from the staff. I tried the surf and turf bowl per employee suggestion. It was just what I wanted. Overall, my experience was great. My employees and I will be back. Thank you for the great experience.

Waited for 2 online orders, staff member was extremely rude, asked us why we were waiting and we stated we had 2 orders.Handed us an order, then proceeded to come back, look in the bag that I was already digging into. Extremely unprofessional.

the people working had very poor attitudes towards us and acted as if they did not care at all while preparing the food.
I’ve never had any issues with food quality or service here and I’ve been to this location many times. Food has always been good, price isn’t bad and it’s usually very low wait time.
They are friendly and quick to serve and their prices are not exaggerated like in other restaurants with Mexican food. This is what I saw in one of these restaurants. I don't know if they all give you the same service and if the food is good, just like the one I go to. but the one I visit is on Calumet Ave in Appleton.

Tells you they don't care much for or train customer service though. Poor management at least, if it isn't representative right up to the ownership.
