It sucked that it was a miss this time but I will be coming back!The service was better than average. The pizza was disappointing. The sausages were cut in half from their normal size. As you can see they did not put many on either. The pizza was cheesy. I ordered extra sauce and got a normal amount. The other college location is better.

The sausages were visibly cut in half from the normal full sized ones. As you can see they kind of cheaped out on the meat. The other college location is better.

Absolutely love the food. I always get a combo meal. Breadsricks were slightly over seasoned but still very good. Customer service was good as well. I will always come back!

Ordered take out for the first time from here. It is a mall location, so we didn't know how well they would prepare a family meal deal (2 lg specialty pizzas, party size sticks, and a 2 liter soda bottle) that we ordered.We were very impressed with the order, it came out on time, was exactly as ordered including light sauce and was piping hot and delicious with friendly service. We definitely plan on ordering take-out from here again. We only wish we had tried take-out sooner from here.

I LOVE this place! The pizza is the BEST! And I love how they give you lots of breadsticks and drinks! The service is usually okay. They give you what they need. I do recommend stopping in for a good meal! Could be a little cheaper and some tables not always clean, but that's not necessarily on them.

Definitely my favorite restaurant in the mall food court! Great staff, great food, and not hard on the wallet either.Kid-friendliness: The employees are always friendly and service has been great every time that I've eaten here.Wheelchair accessibility: The mall provides electric scooters to shoppers and the front counter of Rocky Rococo's is easily accessible to people with them.

We ordered online and arrived about 5 minutes after the order said it would be ready. I waited in line patiently and watched as one employee took the orders and communicated with the one person making the food. The girl taking the orders was quick, efficient, and handled the busy time so well! She offered solutions and advice to the guy in the back (who wasn’t quite happy to take it) but she was doing great work! The food was great and I was impressed with how well just two people managed to take care of things. Note - 2 people shouldn’t have to do it by themselves, but they did well for the time being.

Went into the mall location in Appleton! Walked towards the counter and a rather large girl who must have finished her shift was lying over the counter from the customer side talking to a girl sitting on a milk crate on the floor. She remained there , I got my food which is always good. The entire time I sat there eating she never moved from lying on the counter chatting.Parking: Na

Update-Got a call from the owner and an apology. He said they just purchased the store and are working very hard to turn things around. I wish them the best and hope that they are successful move forward.Terrible service. I place an order at noon for a team dinner of 45 people. 5 min before the order was supposed to be picked up they called me and said they could not fulfill my order. I was give 10 excuses and not a solution. I was informed they used the dough that was set aside for us. They obviously were not prepared for an order placed 7hrs early or how to plan for this. I am beyond upset that I was forced to scramble and find a fix ob my own. Will never order from here again.

Terrible service. I place an order at noon for a team dinner of 45 people. 5 min before the order was supposed to be picked up they called me and said they could not fulfill my order. I was give 10 excuses and not a solution. I was informed they used the dough that was set aside for us. They obviously were not prepared for an order placed 7hrs early or how to plan for this. I am beyond upset that I was forced to scramble and find a fix ob my own. Will never order from here again.

Took over 30minutes to get our pizza. Place was not busy at all. Employees behind the counter were on their phones, eating, and more focused on their conversations with each other. Employees in the back- making and handling the food were also eating. The worst this that I didn’t like. Not a single hairnet. Long hair not tied up. Beards were not contained. Employees going from filling ice, to taking orders, filling drink cups, and handing out food without washing hands in between.

I am fairly sure that I got food poisoning or norovirus on February 14, 2023. This was the only thing that I ate that day and was sick the next two days.
