There were no fewer than twelve pies available, including macaroni and bacon and even a pepperoni and pizza roll pie! The staff kept the late night crowd happy with more pizzas coming out of the oven every few minutes. This is what a pizza place should be! And only $5 a slice. Absolute pizza perfection! Nothing fancy. Don't expect table service or a romantic ambiance. Just grab your slice and go. You'll be in heaven.

This place seriously stands apart of the rest. I went from being a customer to being layed off from my job for the winter and became an employee. These people treat everyone with respect and make a killer pie. Whether you’re getting 50 pizzas for your sports team or out late and grab a slice on the weekend this is your Appleton pizza destination. Exactly what we were looking for after a busy morning at the Building for Kids with 2 adults and 3 kids. Walked down to get a quick lunch. Pizza by the slice and came fast. Staff was friendly and atmosphere was calm for a Saturday lunch. My daughter loved the Mac n Cheese pizza. Had leftovers to take home.
Its a decent pizza place for sure but watch out for drunks. I feel like everytime im there or on the ave for that matter i encounter some drunks being highly obnoxios and trying to get me to engage with them. But thats not sals fault that drunks love their pizza. But id reccomend it if you havent tried it..

My first sal's Pizza was pretty alright. Nothing spectacular but alright, a solid middle-of-the-road pizza. Their lack of consistency at such a high price gets the bad review, pizzas that are completely white on the bottom while being spongey..I'm not sure your dough is being held at the right temperature or something in your formula is wrong and you're over proofing. You're leaving a criminal amount of flour on the pizza, please revise and retrain.

This pizza restaurant went above and beyond to save our company meeting! We had a company even catered from a catering company and they ran out of food. So we have more than 40 employees that did not eat. We called up Sals and they had 7 pizzas there ASAP! The woman was so so so so kind and empathetic to our situation.
