From all appearances the service and food are fine. My issue is that they DO NOT HAVE A RESTROOM FOR CUSTOMERS!!!Seriously what in the actual hell.You sell Coffee, coffee makes people need the restroom yet you don't even have one for paying customers.... Also no benches or seats to sit while waiting for your order, why you even have a lobby is beyond me, at that point make it just a drive-thru, really bad for business. I will intentionally avoid this location just because of it. You charge an average of $7 for your coffee and you can't even have a restroom?? That's absurd.

Ordering system is always down and prices just went up again! My last drivethru experience took 13 1/2 minutes, no lie! ??And all to be poisoned by syrups and preservatives. Oh, and did you know that Starbucks is actually a mega-bank?! They net hundreds of millions of dollars each year from borrowing your gift card/Starbucks money to invest for their personal gain. 100% evil.

Stopped in here for some London fogs before hitting the road on this snowy morning. It was open and not busy at 7:30 on a Sunday. Drinks turned out perfect.

Hate what they did to the place. No menus inside. No seating inside. Ugly, really. To-go only. No warning either, so here it is: if you’re a remote worker making the drive to do work, go elsewhere. They remodeled and now there’s no place to work.

Service was great, but I very much dislike what was done to this store... it's mobile order and pick up only now. The only reason I even went to this location and inside was to look at cups. There should be a large sign that says no seating, tables, merchandise, or menus. There's not even drink menus to read to select an item! I never go to Starbucks and this just reminded me why.

Really disappointed this location took away the mobile order experience that they used to have. It’s a pain to have to wait for someone to grab your drink, and it seems everyone is always too busy to grab it. Not sure why this location chooses to make it difficult.

The employees at this store are absolutely wonderful! They are helpful, friendly, and just all around amazing! I accidentally placed my order at the wrong store on my app and the wonderful people working there made my order up super fast so I didn't have to drive over to the other store. They really know how to create a great customer experience! This is my favorite Starbucks store by far!
