Love the food. Service was okay, not very friendly. Cashier was good though. Suggestion for drinks...need to offer unsweetened iced tea. Settled for a Diet Coke...not a healthy drink.

Ordered food online around 6:50 for them to say that they were closed when I got there and refused make my sub even though they close st 8 and I got there at 7:10. Awful customer service.

Got 12 " to share w/ the wife. When I asked her how it was, She asked what I ordered. I aid "all Meats." She looked and there were NO MEATS!!! Complained to the staff, the manager and no results . TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! DO Not Patronize them~~~~Parking: Iy sucks!

Ordered a salad and nothing was diced or tossed, threw it in a bowl with a bunch of lunchmeats (not sliced) on top. Asked for Italian dressing and they gave me Peppercorn Ranch and said that is there Italian. Service was horrible, business was slow. If you don't want to make salads take them off the menu!
Went to order cookies and was told that she can't touch the cookies for 45mins (in a very rude tone) Since when is it policy to let cookies sit out and get hard and nasty for so long? I've gotten fresh cookies from other locations without any complaints or attitudes, fresh off the pan. workers at this location need an attitude adjustment, last week the worker was busy on her phone and dropped the entire bucket into the ice machine and I can guarantee that bucket wasn't sanitized so everything that was on the outside of the bucket touched the ice that people were using for drinks
