On three different occasions at approx. 7:30 pm on a week night I went to the drive -thru and was told it would be a 20-30 minute wait. Not going to bother frequenting this location in the future. Not sure if they are truly short handed or if the employees are just lazy but I never have this problem at any other fast food restaurant.

This is quite possibly the WORST Taco Bell location. I live 5 blocks away, so it’s quick and convenient to come grab a meal (typically) when you’re craving a taco, but the last few times I’ve been here the service has been terrible! The workers are soooooo lazy. I’ll pull up to the speaker and they’ll either say, “we’re out of everything.” Or “it’s gonna be a 20-30 minute wait.” When there’s literally two cars in the drive through (including me). Tonight they told me it would be a 20-30 minute wait, but I still gave them my name and went through the drive through (placed an order in the app), it only took 3 minutes to get my food order. It is literally just a bunch of 20 year olds who don’t want to do work, so they tell people it’s gonna be a long wait. AVOID THIS LOCATION AND GO TO NORTHLAND AVE IF YOURE CRAVING TACO BELL.

I walked in today with a $240 order for my coworkers. I tried ordering on the phone but they do not take orders over the phone. I walked in, they had no cars in the drive through and one couple eating inside. There was a female behind the counter that stared at me for probably 1.5 minutes before asking me if I need something. I said I wanted to order some food. She said to me that I don't need to roll my eyes at her. I asked her if she wants my business and she said no. I asked her if she was the owner of the store and she said no but someone else is and they don't want my business either. I walked out. Will never return and will contact the owner to let them know how his employees treat their customers.

I come here all the time to get baja blast and all of the employees are super nice and awesome, especially two employees that I run into at the window all the time, very nice and cool.
The tacos had maybe a teaspoon of meat in them. Total rip off!!!!???

This place is awful. I DoorDash and every single time I go in there to get an order, the employees just stare at me and don’t even help me. It takes at least 5 mins to get anyone to come up and greet me. This place is terrible I highly do not recommend. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Went there around 530pm and the guy said there was him and one other person and that person burnt his hand. Said he couldn't take our order at all. People coming and going from the building.Why don't you close down just like kfc and Applebee's are. This place is so bad every time it's open.
