It's a shame the service is so atrocious because the food is great. We waited for 10 minutes while our drinks sat at the bar. Our waitress was too busy talking to her coworker so we walked out. This is the second time a waitress was too busy talking to get our order. Very disappointing... No wonder the place is almost always empty. I'm guessing the pool hall keeps it going ?. We won't go back.

Apart from the fact you can never rent out a table because of league it's an amazing place to go to with friends and family. I feel like if league wasn't a thing then Mad Apple would have a much better reputation, I get it, league is a very important sport and entertainment piece, but if they had a few tables that they reserve for regular walk-ins that'd be amazing.

The atmosphere had always been so fun - with or without kiddos. And the food has definitely stepped up. I can recall a bad experience or two with the sides, but I'd have to say it's gotten better (that or I've learned to pick the better options). And the service this last time was very friendly, she was great toward my birthday girl (4).Can't wait to get back with nicer weather for the outdoor seating area.
