What a neat experience! We did the Complete Dinner for Two which consisted of a four-course meal. Everything from start to finish was delicious. The steaks were especially flavorful. The atmosphere is relaxed and our server Terri was phenomenal. Thanks for making my wife's birthday a success!

Took my 50th birthday trip here and it was told the food was fantastic. I was not lied to it was so very good and such a unique experience. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and gave us suggestions since this was our first time. She explained everything as she brought it and how to use the grill.The food itself was amazing and the seasoning and marinades were delicious. 10 out of 10 for service and experience.

My wife and I have been going to Melting Pot Restaurants for 20+ years. We are OG fonduers and we love having everything made table side. We have visited the Appleton, WI location a few times now and tonight outshined all other experiences. Natasha (Mgr) and Izzie (server) went above and beyond to make the night a literal “perfect night out.” We were celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary and they made it so incredibly special and definitely memorable. The Classic Alpine cheese was the best we’ve EVER had, the bigger night out was delish, and for dessert, we had flaming bourbon dark chocolate. OMG! So good!! Tonight’s experience is what fondue is meant to be… an “experience” to be savored slowly, engaging all the senses, and great conversation and laughs with your server. They made us feel like true royalty tonight, and we will be forever grateful to them for making our sliver anniversary so extra special. Thank you Natasha and Izzie for being so awesome!Update: it’s been a little over a month since that incredible night and my wife and I were, once again, in Appleton for dinner and drinks at a brewery. We decided to go for chocolate fondue right before the restaurant closed. When we were seated, we were informed Izzie would be our server. We literally cheered!! It was just a quick visit but filled with smiles, laughs, conversation, and an absolutely decadent bourbon dark chocolate dessert. We even got all the extra side sweets. Honestly, if the bowl wasn’t hot, I would have licked it clean! Natasha also came over to say hello and we enjoyed a wonderful conversation with her before we left. It felt like a family reunion. I can’t speak highly enough about our recent experiences and those two beautiful souls.

The place is beautiful and peaceful and was a perfect atmosphere for a date, but everything else was a bit down hill. Our server was very nice, but we felt very rushed with her. I was excited for the food as for it was our first time trying it and I was very let down. The food was good, but is definitely something I could make at home and definitely not worth the price.

Give yourself plenty of time to eat here. We were here for about 2 hours and did the complete experience for two. It was very cozy, with a good atmosphere and great staff.The food was great, and we both left extremely full.If this is you go for the first time, know that you will be served raw meat that you cook yourself at the table (you choose how- in a pot of boiling bullion, on a cast iron pan, etc). I know others who have gone and were unaware and uncomfortable with this part of the dinner experience.Although this place is more than we usually spend for a simple night out, it is something we really enjoyed and think that it is worth the price. It was more than just food but an experience, and as I said before, we were there for 2 hours.Dinner for 2, both upgraded to steak ($6 each), 2 drinks ($14 each), plus a tip was approximately $190.

It's an experience that you should try at least once in your life, the 4 course meal is fantastic and it's a great time with friends or your significant other. It is however quite pricy, but, you are paying for very good food as well as an experience.

Sat at our table for 2.5 hours and probably saw the waitress six total times with 2 40 minute gaps waiting for water and dessert. The manager noticed and and told the waitress to be more attentive but didn't comp us anything and no apologies. Vibes were off
We came to melting pot to celebrate a seven-year-old girls birthday. I mentioned this to our waitress and she just smiled kind of smugly and said thanks for telling me. And did nothing, absolutely nothing to make the seven-year-old girl feel special. She didn't seem to care whether it was her birthday or anybody else's or any other reason we were there for.  I also ordered balloons for this in advance through the dining app, and nothing was there. Our waitress was not in a hurry to take our orders and/or fulfill our requests. She was very slow almost to a point where I had to wonder if she just didn't want to be there. Came across very superficial and other times condescending. I thought our experience would be so much more, the only thing that lived up to expectations, based on what we heard about the melting pot, was the price they charged us. Sadly, that was the only thing they lived up to. There seemed to be other waitresses there that were much more engaged with their tables and their customer(not that it took much to beat the service we were receiving). I am truly sorry that we came there and spent the money we did.  Sadly, the memories you left us with were very disappointing to say the least. Disappointedly yours, Roy
