Tom's burgers are average, I didn't see anything special, just another of the bunch...Of course, their banana drink is delicious.I think they can improve the flavor of the meat.

Drive thru is so slow we just left. Ordering inside is even worse, takes too long to get you your food and not as good as other Tom's not one of their better franchises at all. Needs to be cleaned up inside too. And they are overpriced.

I feel as if the manager working the drive thru purposely didn't give me a receipt so I couldn't complete their survey. Fries were cold and hard. Burgers were so cold the cheese wasn't even beginning to melt. Meat was hard. Bacon was so tough it came out in one big piece. Surprised they are still in business.
We had ordered 4 flavored cones online which says it'll be served in a cup. I would assume if it's an ice cream cone in a cup, it's just flipped in the cup with the cone. We didn't get the cones so we asked for them. They only put like an inch of ice cream in the cup so when we scooped it into the cone, it barely went above the cone. It was literally like 4 bites of ice cream. Not worth the money at all. I had filled out the form on the website about our disappointing experience. No response. Filled it out 2 more times, no response. I messaged them on Facebook, they'd respond, but instead of trying to fix their mistakes, they just kept going around in circles with questions. I finally asked if I could get reimbursed or some free ice cream coupons, gave them my address and yet nothing. They had so many opportunities to make this right and haven't.

The last 3 times we tried to eat at Sheboygan location we walked in amd it smelled like sewer. Needless to say, we turned around and walked right back out. Really a shame because the food is delicious.

Came here just because the line was long at McDonald’s. Took a long time for my order. Spent almost 4x what I would’ve at McDonald’s for less food. Prices are atrocious. Never have any deals. Food all feels like it was bought from Sam’s club. Wanted to charge $0.39 for sauce! For sauce?!?! I’m reminded why I never come here.
