Love this place and visit a few times a week. I love that you can sub any ingredient for a different one and add in protein and b12, just to name a few. The app is great, and you can get free smoothies and items. Shout out to Dan, the Manager at this location! He is always so chill, friendly, and will fix any issue/concern you might have swiftly, really cares about his customers and wants you to continue to come back for these delicious and nutrition options in the valley!

I love the food and drinks! I would give a 4 but decided to give a 3 stars, especially towards the customer services. A worker with a nose pierced doesn’t seem like she wants to work today. She didn’t even say “Hello, how may I help you?” I was waiting for her to say something, which made it a very awkward moment so I had to speak it out. At least be polite and respectful. Whatever you’re having at home or in your personal life, at least know how to control it rather than throwing it at a customer for no reason. ??

I have gone twice to this place and all the staff is crabby. Twice now I have been uncomfortable how I was treated. I went to the one by the mall and it has a fantastic team there. I don’t know why they are crabby at calumet but I will drive to the one at the mall for better service and smiles.

I ordered a Thai chicken wrap and it ended up having the j*** sauce on it. My husband went back to get the wrap that was supposed to be made correctly but again it was made with j*** sauce so I called up and the chick on the phone said "yeah that keeps happening" without much offer of a solution except to text the manager who was out of town. So now after the 3rd trip there the wrap is still made incorrectly.The staff is ridiculous and inconsiderate. From now on I'll only be ordering from the one from Wisconsin Ave.
