Great lunch experience. I had the bison burger and they actually cooked it medium! My wife had the risotto. Loved it. I also had a cup of chili and ir was very good. The water was even good. Crisp, clean, and no chemical flavor! "SAY" was a great waiter!!...... Definitely going back!!

We went with a group of friends and making reservations was simple. Highly recommend making them for larger groups of people. Drinks are delicious, specialty cocktails are mid-teens ($) - a little more expensive than most other places in the area. The food, from order to delivery, took quite a while & while management did their best to correct an incident - one full dinner was missing & by the time it was corrected, they had run out of that dish. Management handled the situation wonderfully, but after that, it seemed like our server was avoiding us. Two different desserts were brought out, even though the two that ordered, ordered the same one. I felt "accused" of ordering the cream puff and not a creme brulee - however, I'm gluten intolerant, so I would have never ordered one...then they couldn't correct the mistake because they ran out of the creme brulee (which was amazing - one the the best I've ever had). We went to celebrate a 50th birthday & was it was only acknowledged by the person who poured the water for us. I felt sort of let down. The meal took took about 2 hours from seating to departing (10 people). I know these things happen...so - I definitely recommend Cedar & Sage for the food and the atmosphere & the way management handled the "no meal" situation.

Have always enjoyed quality of food, but this visit didn't impress as past visits have. Service was slower than usual, took awhile to get drink and appetizer was served about 2 minutes before food.

I don’t like to leave “negative” reviews, but I do want to be transparent about our experience.Unfortunately, we waited longer than normal (one hour at least) for our food to come out after we placed our order and it wasn’t a full house. We just ordered 2 Rueben sandwich’s and the risotto. By the time our food came out - the Rueben wasn’t even edible (tough, fatty) and so we had to send them back for something else. The Risotto was really good! No complaints there! Thankfully, the manager compensated for our experience which was very nice and it wasn’t our servers fault - she was really sweet. It’s just unfortunate to have such an experience especially at a place where the cost of a meal is expensive.

Way too long of a wait. Our waitress, who was awesome, had to take all of the tables while others just stood around. Total of 2 hours and 15 minutes at the table. 1 hour before we could order our entree. Got it at 1:45. Again, not the waitress's fault. She did the best she could. Food was phenomenal as always.

My sister and I ate dinner after going to the casino for a short while. Our server Bert was great and our food was super yummy! We enjoyed the chill atmosphere on a Wednesday evening. Love that the menu has Oneida native influence and sourced ingredients.

Can't say much. Had asked in the reservation for a birthday dessert for my guest. Greeter asked who's birthday was it at check-in. Even after that faux pas, they didn't bring a dessert. My food was cold and had to ask to reheat it. Size of steaks are not mentioned on the menu. They should be. This would not be a place high on my list to return.

Pros- good atmosphere, good drinks, main dish is alright Cons- waiting service was very slow, pork is not flavored at all, bathroom is very outdated and fingerprints everywhere compared to the casino bathrooms, for the price I would not recommend this place for their food.

The bar patrons were quite loud and the host wanted to seat us right across from them. I asked for a different table. I think $17 for a hamburger with chips and $34 for salmon with one side is a bit overpriced.

Service seemed to be lacking due to shortage of staff, and when servers / waiters did come to the table they were abrupt and not very friendly. The white corn cornbread appetizer was excellent and we would order it again. The bison pot roast was also excellent and the portion size is just right. The side I ordered was the acorn squash au gratin, and it should be removed from the menu. It was almost inedible and after two bites I removed it from my plate. My wife had the white corn crusted walleye, which was OK, to be generous. Small portion of walleye and the corn breading was not great. Her side of fingerling potatoes however was excellent and because of the portion size of the bison pot roast we were able to share. Overall the meal was OK, with a few very good items and a few items that were poorly executed. We will try the restaurant again as the menu seems inventive and the items that were done well, were worth the visit.
