Over all just an average experience. The last time I was in town, I really wanted one of their burgers, but, the cashier had some other things he had to deal with rather than the line of customers that was 10 plus long, so, I left.I decided to give them a go when I was staying across the street again, because I could see the lot was empty. it took almost 20 minutes from the time I placed my order til I got it, and there was only one other group of people waiting for their food.with that, the burger was bland at best, and the fries were way over salted. I've been to several other Five Guys, but it seems this location just can't get it right.

Delivery drivers nightmare, have to tell them who you're here for so they can make you fresh fries, the burger coulda been sitting for who knows but we need fresh fries, so those fries can then sit in your car an get old anyways as you go pick up an drop off others food, it does nothing.

The person at the front told us that our only drink choice was a bottle Coke when we picked up our mobile order. I feel like that's only a Grub Hub rule. He finally gave in and let us get a fountain drink after a little convincing. I'm sure his profit margin off of the fountain drink is higher so we were asking in his favor the whole time.

First off, felt robbed. well over $20 for a burger, fries, soda, and a shake. TF. Burger, very plain not seasoned. fries were okay. Soda was flat and watery. Won't be coming back.

The woman that took our order was very nice and friendly! Clean place! I ordered just the cheeseburger and a little fry. The burger was excellent! Will be going back!

The food is good enough that we'll probably continue to return, but the service at this location has really gone downhill over the past couple of years! Tonight we didn't get extra fries in the bag (isn't that required?) and I am DEVASTATED.
