Had a delicious butter cheeseburger today. Love the bun. The bun is light, crispy yet soft. Didn't want French fries, which is a $2.50 add. Decided to go with a small salad. Was shocked to get my bill and that salad was a whopping $6.50. I'm glad I ate all of it! Today was "cake day" as everyone got a free piece of cake. Even tho I heard they were a bit short staffed, service was fast and friendly.

Went here with a group. We got 4 burgers, 4 fries, a cup of chili, and two orders of kids chicken tenders. We also got two sodas and 3 milks... the bill was $79 dollars.... Holy buckets! I don't mind paying if it's really good, but it was mediocre at best. It's definitely not worth that much money. Our waiter also screwed up the order even after we had to repeat everything twice. I'm not sure if the east side is any better, but we won't be back to the west side, unfortunately.

We were in Green Bay for a visit and decided to have lunch at Kroll's West. I had t he brandy old fashioned sweet and Krolls hamburger. Both were excellent! The decor and seating right out of the 50's was cool as was the view of the Lambeau complex right across the street.
Sat at the table for 40 minutes, the bus boy took our order after 20 of them. Good job, Jon, you are probably the only reason this place can keep their lights on. No server came to check on our table, no drinks were brought, salads, appetizers, nothing. Terrible experience, except for Jon, he was doing his absolute best.

It is always VERY busy at Krolls, prep the kids and get an appetizers because it usually is 30 minutes +++ until food arrives. Well worth the wait though! Update! No wait, fish fey was divine! Yay!

The food was okay, but it didn't live up to the hype. Each of our four orders had something wrong with them. Each one of our bills had errors on them. It wasn't a packed house, and there were enough staffing that some of them appeared to be simply hanging out.
