I’m absolutely 100% sure this was the most terrible time .. not enough staff for a Tuesday and the waitress ignored me when I asked for help .. to the manager on site unsure how to help in the game area .. and in return I payed well over 50 just to eat a small bite thinking I could go back to eat after the games but NO they made me wait with multiple attempts at Attempting to get some one to help in game area . Worst experience I’ve had, but it was chaotic and not appreciated Restaurant I should’ve returned my money. I spent there because it was absolutely 100% ridiculous. If I could give this a negative score I would ! -10 at best !

Attempted to order delivery and everything was confirmed but told me it would send in 3 hours so I called and asked about it and the employee told me they couldn’t do anything about it so we talked to the manager, the manager said it was because they had no driver that day and didn’t think to tell anyone who was able to order delivery that instead of sit and wait if they didn’t call about it. So we asked if we could switch it to take out instead and the manager had already canceled the whole thing without asking and hung up on us. Not satisfied at all

Chicken wasn't refilled in a timely manner. No dessert pizzas. 1 or 2 pieces that was it. Lettuce was almost empty. Soup was an inch from the bottom. The Rhinelander location is much better and cleaner.
