It said 10 mins but was done in 5. Loved that fact but the ice was melted by the time I picked up the drinks. Would have been nice to have a more accurate time. The only downfall I have about this location is getting in and out of that location.

Kid-friendliness: I got my kids a caramel ribbon crunch and something with cookies and cream. The drinks were severely over filled, the person taking our order was very rude and unhelpful when it came to asking for help about kid friendly drinks. We don't do Starbucks
