Love this place! About the cleanest Culver's I have ever been into! Customer service is outstanding, great food, fast service, & friendly people/workers!***UPDATE*** I am sure this pertains to all Culver's but I ordered a double mushroom & Swiss burger. As you can see in the pictures, the burger patties are SUPER thin. These shouldn't even be considered a burger. My mushrooms were thinker then most of the patties were. It's sad that the amount of food anymore at these places for the prices you pay. I don't understand how I can go to one place & get a great meal for about the same price.

Great customer service at the registers but when my little sister and I ordered off the qr code at the table the man who came to drop off the ice cream slammed it down on the table and walked away before we could say thank you.

Always an excellent place to visit. I recommend trying out ordering at the table via the QR code placed at each table. Very convenient if you have a small party. With a larger group it may be more convenient to order at the front desk.

My mom loves Culver's, but in recent years, the quality has fallen off. They don't have dinners anymore. Used to get the roast beef dinner with potatoes and gravy with green beans. However, you can't get that anymore. The roast beef sandwich was dry and overdone. The mashed potatoes cup had chicken gravy and was cold. Overall, very disappointed in meal.

The manager was not friendly at all and the chicken strips tasted terrible I don't know how often you change oil but they were horrible and the tables were dirty we had to go from table to table to find a clean one terrible

A few weeks ago, I came here and ordered my food to go, got home, and realized it was messed up. What happened was, I had gotten a large cheese curd instead of a large French fry. Now I know normally that would be a good thing, but I had already gotten a family size cheese curd as well, so I didn't want anymore curds, I wanted the fries. And it's still very strange to me how that happened, because I saw with my own two eyes the cashier ringing up a large French fry, so maybe she messed up later on and I didn't see it, I have no idea. Long story short, I was pretty upset as I had already had a terrible day at work, so I called the corporate number to explain what happened. The next day, I get a call from the manager of the Culver's, (I believe his name is Dan) telling me that he's sorry that happened and that I'll be getting a letter in the mail with some coupons for free stuff, as well as the money for the large curd. A few days go by and I get the letter. In it was 7 dollars, a coupon for a free value basket, and a coupon for a free medium French fry. I want to say that I greatly appreciate the manager of this Culver's as well as all of the other employees. Yall are doing an excellent job. Even when they screwed up, they apologized and made it right. That's exactly what I'm looking for in an establishment like this. This Culver's has permanently earned my respect for how they handled that situation.
