We bought a cake for my mom. And when we opened it, it smelt rotten. And they employees are refusing to give us a refund on the cake. The cake flattened out as soon as we opened it up.

The Cashier who took our order was very snappy and impatient receipt says Ashley not sure if that was really her tho. I’m not sure if it’s been a bad day for her, if she was unhappy because it was a large order or if she was simply upset because we looked different. Sad to say we are visiting the Wisconsin cabins and this was a terrible experience from one of your local establishments very unwelcoming. Food was great tho but definitely not worth the treatment received!!
