I never had this kind of service ever in my life. I dealt with the lady with the glasses and i had a problem with the order on the kiosk and we weren’t sure if the order went through or not. I asked her and she said i don’t know anything about that. Then she wouldn’t even tell us at all that she got the order or not. Other cashier (teenage boy) was asking about if we’ve been helped or not. I told him everything and she just stood there without even saying a word and then picked up the receipt and started making the order. She didn’t want to help at all. When she realized that other cashier gonna know about this. She quietly picked up the receipt and started making the order. After making the order left it on the counter without saying a word when we didn’t even knew that this is our order or not. Worst service ever.

It's rare that I give a poor review but this place is the worst I have visited for customer service and coffee. Two young boys were the employees taking orders. Unsure what they put in our dairy free raspberry lattes, but it was not raspberry. My daughter was waiting to place her order behind what seemed to be friends of the boys taking orders. After 10 minutes (yes, literally 10 min.), she walked out as her direct stares were not hint enough. I've been to Dunkin a few times before and always felt they were better than Starbucks. At least Starbucks has good customer service.

My folks ordered 2 raspberry oatmilk lattes and they were charged the full amount but the staff forgot the raspberry shots. I waited behind 2 teenage boys for 10 minutes while they "ordered" from their buddy at the cash register. I was the only person waiting in line. I knew the cashier and 1 of the boys could tell I was getting irritated with the wait but they continued to chitchat. They had 3-4 employees working yet I ended up leaving without ordering because the cashier wanted to appease his buddies and none of the other staff members said anything to him. This was at 5:30 on a Thursday evening.Ladies bathroom was ok but floors were dirty. Store itself was nice.

The team at this store is very friendly and efficient. Come often enough they will greet you by name! Always recommend an iced caramel macchiato for my coffee drinkers and a strawberry dragonfruit refresher with green tea for my non coffee folks!

Always my favorite Dunkin Location! I went through the drive through while they were busy today and I was so impressed by how friendly their staff was despite the added stress. My food and drink were both wonderful as well. Would highly recommend and I'll be stopping by here again for sure!

Can be a hit or miss. It seems like they're still getting in to the jive of being a newer place. My glass of water tasted weird and I realized there was a coffee bean in the glass ? no big deal but it seems like little things like that happen often
