Friendly staff. Forgot the bacon on my burger but gave it to me on the side when i went back up. They wer out of Sprite/Sprite 0 sugar. Lots of peanut shells on the floor around us.

First time ever in a Five Guys. Had heard so much hype but it was awful! They had a fair amount of staff for lunch time but it took forever to get out order. Two veggie sandwiches with cheese which were literally the worst things I have ever eaten at a restaurant. The fries were cold. Soggy and way over salted. It was apparent they had been sitting for a very long time. They weren't busy so there was absolutely no excuse for fries like this! The dining room area was gross. Floors had so much food dropped on them from previous guests. For what I spent on our food it was a total waste. I would never recommend anyone eating here. Ever!

Shout out to this five star five guys crew! I’m in WisDells for work and live a keto life. There’s not much or exciting to eat but I saw they do a lettuce wrap burger. I don’t think I’ve ever had five guys before but this was awesome!!Dietary restrictions: Keto

Stopped by 6/9 and ordered 3 shakes. While they are a bit spendy, they are delicious. Had banana, Oreo cookie, and vanilla shakes.

I was highly disappointed in the customer service at this location and the lack of employee knowledge about their menu. Also, my food was not made correctly. Both ladies who helped me were rude and upset because they didn’t understand my order. First and last time I will visit this location.

Friend and I stopped by this location for lunch while we were visiting the Dells for the weekend. Location wasn’t very busy at the time of our arrival, but it did get busier while we were there. Service was polite but not very welcoming. As we approached the counter, we were instructed to wait while the cashier went over to the pick-up area to finish a conversation. Ordered the little bacon cheeseburger with a small order of French fries and regular soda. Burger was freshly made and very flavorsome. Fries were also flavorful although a little greasy for my preference. While the food was good, the portions weren’t overly abundant for the price paid. Nearly $20 per person seemed high for what we received.
