Horrible service, horrible food. Our waiter seemed like he had much better things to do. Like sit at the front desk. The chips were stale. The food tasted the same. Burrito, enchiladas nachos. All tasted the same. Bland. The ground beef looked like wet cat food. The taste was unbelievably nasty. Avoid this place.Follow up.The canned (probably like most of the food)response from the owner is exactly what you would expect. Premade and means nothing.

This is the ABSOLUTE best restaurant that I have EVER stepped foot in... the atmosphere is the most welcoming I've ever felt in a business, the staff is pure family and their guests are their family... The food is pure amazing and cooked so very fast n fresh.... they are the most amazing family... wonderful, wonderful people.... I recommend this place to anyone anywhere and I truly hope they franchise throughout the United States n beyond ... plz plz tip well as the hard work that goes into what they do it is more than deserved .

When I read the other reviews I almost wonder if we visited the same restaurant. This is our 2nd visit to a Jose’s location and our other visit was very much superior to what took place here. We visited early at lunch time. The dining room was about 50% full and there were 4 waitstaff, a bus-er and cashier. We gave our drink order got our drinks and our wait person disappeared for over 20 minutes. They seated another table, served drinks and delivered food before ever returning to take our order. When our meals were finally served they both looked ok but my partner’s plate had so much melted cheese on top that it was hard finding the entree beneath and my plate had been ladled with a sauce that was seriously over-salted. On the plus side the rice was wonderful and the protein inside the various elements of our meals was ample even if fry. Other waitstaff were around to check on their customers and chat them up, ours spent a good while sitting on a stool.

They need to take the authentic part out of the sign. Taco bell meat. Zero cilantro or onion. Zero flavor on the ground beef. Plus adds an administrative fee on you bill.

I had an incredible vegan meal here on my birthday while enjoying the lively atmosphere that came with it. ? ? Definitely recommend Jose's, they're still my favorite Mexican restaurant after many, many years. It makes me happy to see them thriving with all these new locations lately! Just goes to show you how great their food and service is. ? NEVER skip out on their guac!!!Vegetarian options: You can customize any meal very easily to be vegetarian or vegan! Try the bean enchiladas or vegetable fajitas.

Stopped in just after 8pm on a Wednesday evening. We were seated immediately; our drink orders were taken and we were served free chips and salsa. I ordered the Chori Pollo and the 2 others in our party ordered the Arroz con Pollo. All of our meals arrived quick, fresh, and hot. The quality of the food was really good, and the atmosphere wasn't too loud on our visit. The restaurant itself is located on the outskirts of town and has plenty of free parking. We all agreed that this was very good Mexican fare. We would dine here again without a doubt. Enjoy! J.
