Their online ordering for this location in Wisconsin dells is very unclear. The whole ordeal caused us to drive 10 minutes to the new location after waiting 10 minutes at this one to find out it’s the wrong order location to then arrive at the next location and the order get cancelled. Then we had to wait 15 minutes for the food to be made. They need to revamp their online order process. All in all we spent about an hour for a 10 minute ordeal with all the driving and unclear aspects.

Went for dinner with a group, I don't eat mac and cheese and I never planned on eating anything so I can't rate the food. The wait for food was fine, but the lady at the counter was rude and clearly grumpy. I was ordering food for my son and I said I would like the chips with his meal. I pointed to the bag he had grabbed while we were in line and asked if he could have those.Cashier: NoMe: He can't have those?Cashier: No, he gets chips from the kitchen.Me: Okay, that's fine but can I buy these then so he can have them?She never really answered, never looked up, smiled, or made eye contact. Completely impersonal and rude. Guess I was hoping for decent service. Maybe just a nicer way of saying we would need to buy the chips separately which is what I was originally trying to ask. Wish I would have caught her name so I could call this in too. Not my type of restaurant as far as atmosphere. Loud, not a fan of the seating, really just completely disappointed.

My god....if you like Mac and cheese, this place is amazing. Got the Memphis Mac in the medium it was out of this world. I wish I had ordered the larger size. Nothing to complain about. Service was good and polite. I would eat this constantly if it was local to me.
