I was in a hurry as I had a meeting to get to so I decided to grab a sub quick. There was nobody in line so I figured it would be quick. Well, it took way too long for someone to help me... Since, I was now running late, I grabbed my sub and headed to meeting (without checking sub first). BIG MISTAKE! I ordered my sub without mayo and alfalfa sprouts and they were both on it! It was a huge bummer because I couldn't eat the sub!

Called for a half hour straight today to get a delivery and got no answer. Pretty much every time we order they mess up the order after we tell them multiple times that they need to make it a certain way and they still fail to do what we need. Not too thrilled.

We ordered delivery and it took 2 1/2 hours to arrive. When we finally got our food the subs were warm, poorly made, and gross. They forgot 1 of our sodas and the one we did get was watered down because the ice was melted. I called about our order several times and it was a waste of my time. We spent almost $40 on slow delivery, poor customer service, and food and a drink that went into the garbage.

Tasty and fresh sandwiches! It's relatively fast service and I've never been disappointed with the quality. It's great ordering online and easily customizing an order or changing up one of their menu items to what you're looking for. This isn't really a sit down place because of the location, you just order for pickup or delivery. We've only ordered delivery once but it was speedy. Reasonable prices. Definitely recommend!

90 percent of the time I order from I always say no tomatoes. Guess what, tomatoes on every order. Pay more attention to detail or subways gonna get more business. I don’t know why I keep coming back here.

Never ate here before..tried to order online that didn't work because it was declining the card. The totle was $20. So I called and ordered the exact same wraps and it came to $17 thought that was strange. When they arrived our meal wasn't correct as I figured because the amounts werr different. I honesty think its over prised by far

I used to order this when i worked at viking express as with Viking Express the quality it is not the same the bread was hard and the sandwich was small

Good quality food, and okay customer service, but they have successfully prepared one of our sandwiches incorrectly 4 out of 5 times now, including today. I always order it with no tomatoes and even ask when I pick it up if they put tomatoes on it. They lie and tell me they didn't, and then I get home and there are tomatoes. Very frustrating! I already submitted feedback on corporate's website, so no need to direct me there.

Are you for real with this sandwich? It looks absolutely nothing like the sandwich in the picture. I could see thru the meat it was so thin. The cheese was so thin I was afraid to touch it, it may have dissapeared all together. I had to open up the sandwich to find any ingredients. Will dedinately be filing a false advertising claim. It was not even close to the picture. Total rip off.

Horrible first time experience. I ordered the turkey, bacon- avocado on a wrap and was highly disappointed when I realized I would be eating the “wrap/tortilla part for my dinner as there was no meat what so ever on this. Maybe two very thin slices of turkey and I don't even recall seeing more than one piece of bacon that was literally ghost white and gross. Even the delivery time was horrible. They close at 9 and I didn't get it till a bit after 9 and I called a bit before 8:30. Would not recommend. Not good quality for the price.
