Grab a seat and order a Maker's Mark old fashioned at the bar before you are seated at a table. The guy with the fish tie lacks a sense of humor, but don't let that get you down. Great steaks, and the shrimp is pretty good too. I love that a tray of amuse bouche is offered - reminiscent of supper club days gone by.

Delicious blackened prime rib. I always get this when we come here and it never disappoints. The staff are also friendly and the sides (baked potato, roll, soup) were pretty good. Tables / dining area seemed to be the same spacing as before COVID, and masks were hit or miss among guests. Staff wore them. Prices are also reasonable.

Stopped in for a couple of cocktails , and a fish fry. Was very good! 2pcs of fried Cod, and 2 jumbo grilled shrimp! Yum! Joanne was a great waitress, and Joey does a great job on the cocktails!

Nothing is worse than going into a restaurant and feeling rushed to get out the door, this place has a nice feel the people working were very kind and the food was very good, and they make you feel you can sit and enjoy your food for as long as you would like. Prices are set good and if I ever have the pleasure to visit Beaverdam again I will be returning.
I enjoyed the best tenderloin filet I've ever had last night. Excellent flavor! My husband had the perch and a cup of seafood chowder which was very good. Terrific service too!

So, this is going to sound petty. I went there tonight due to the great reviews on the prime rib. I sat down at a really nice clean bar. Honestly the service sucked. I got a drink eventually and asked for a menu. The bartender evidently missed that request, but a regular passed on my request to the other bartender who quickly got me one. I was told when I was ready they would get me a waitress, bartender couldn't take my order? The waitress informed me I could not eat at the bar because the bar got busy and they would need my seat, I needed to move to a table. I said no thanks. I would go elsewhere. I asked the bartender why I could not eat at the bar. He said customers were sloppy and they had to rewash bar glasses. Two different reasons for why I couldn't eat at the bar. I travel a lot. Cities and states all over America's and the provinces. This is a first. I left and went to another bar and had a great dinner, at the bar. If you are going in and want a table you will be happy I am sure. If you travel a lot by yourself and like to eat at the bar. Not so much.
