Came into Culvers and ordered a takeout at 2:41pm. Other folks ahead of me received food promptly. At 3 pm, I asked about a status of my order, and requested a refund if the order was not completed. Then they found my order, the burger was cold and the fries luke warm. Spent $15..81 for a 21 minutes wait and cold food. Never going back to this Culvers again.

The people behind the counter were litterally arguing over who was going to have to take our order. The food is pretty good. Each time I go, it can be a hit and miss regarding the quality of food. When We order online sometimes and it always seems my order gets messed up some how.This last time, there were some really loud annoying kids in there, which made it quite unpleasant.I will continue to eat here, just wish they were a little more courteous and quicker to help take orders. There's always people just standing behind the counter when there are people waiting to order.

The custard at this location is always disappointing....it's very grainy, not smooth at all and it's always melted and runny....won't be going here anymore.

Almost $40 for a fish dinner and a chicken sandwich basket. Never again. My fish was soggy and the service was horrible. Waited 40 minutes to get my food.

I was in beautiful Beaver Dam and was extremely hungry. Decided to try the 2-piece Cod Dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy, with broccoli. What an amazing price and an even better meal! This is a must for anyone who enjoys a good fish fry. The service was outstanding and food was delicious! I hope I got this right...I think his name was Dave who took my order and served the food. He did an amazing job! I plan on stopping in anytime I am hungry and I'm in Beaver Dam! Way to go Culver's-Beaver Dam!

Employees are always rude through drive thru and they never get the order right. They take forever to bring out food even when no one is in line. When talking they always have an attitude.
