This is now the 3rd time where I’ve gotten a completely different order so I pay $10 or more redeem my points and only got one product! Getting ridiculous, and it’s offered to just drive back to get it, I love 10 mins away, I will not drive back for that? The receipt is correct? How do I get not even the same amount of product?
Went to the one on spring st in Beaver Dam because the one on park ave was too busy! The ice cream machine was down so no vanilla shake!! Ridiculous!! Always something!!

I was in Beaver Dam, WI and stopped at McDonalds for a burger and fries. I went through the drive through. I was pleasantly greeted right away, I gave my order and it was repeated back to me, with my total. I was told to pull around to the 2nd window to pay. I was given my food and it was what I ordered. The customer service here was nice, they were friendly, not rushed and they wished me a nice evening. I don't think I was there 4 minutes from start to finish. This is the service we all know and love about McDonalds.
I usually have a good experience with the morning crew here. Today I was there around 7:20 am & they had all the lights on but when I tried the drive thru, they said they were closed. Several people behind me were turned away too. Wish they would turn off the menu screen or something next time.
