Very disappointed they don’t read the instructions I put on Door Dash. I asked for a plain cheeseburger, deselected every item other than the bun, and it comes with everything on it.

I went there for the first time and the food was decent, I had a burger and fries.The sever was very nice and helpful.The wait wasn't very long either maybe about 10 minutes if that. They also had a big variety of beers and lots of TV for that had sports on them. I'll definitely be back to try the other menu options. Their fence frys were really skinny and didn't have a lot on the plate but they were good though.

Was on hold 9 minutes, guys answers says to hold while hexwalked up front. On hold minutes and lines gets picked up and they hang up. Call back on hold 15 minutes and I hang up.Last three times phone serves sucked!!!

The food was what you'd expect from Buffalo wild wings. The waitress was friendly but our order was messed up. For example we ordered cheesecake with caramel sauce on the side and what we got was cheese curds with caramel sauce. When I said I asked for cheesecake with caramel sauce on the side she said "I thought you asked for cheese curds with caramel sauce?" We didn't noticed we were charged for the curds until after we left. We were told we weren't being charged for the curds but ultimately were. The atmosphere was terrible as there was a family there which we understand there's going to be children there and that's fine but when the kid is running around making screeching noises throughout the stay and the parents just laughed it made it a less pleasant stay.

Are your servers on drugs? I’ve experienced such strange service here on a recent visit. The waitress just kind of stood at my table zoned out. Our wings were obviously sauced wrong but at that point we didn’t feel comfortable sending anything back. I felt unsafe eating here. Sticky tables. Super slow service. Not good.

Our delivery order was missing a bag of condiments. Our delivery driver was never given the full order. Additionally our fried pickles were soggy and the chicken wings were dry.

Worst service we’ve experienced! Sat at bar. Only 4 other people at bar. Took 15 min to be acknowledged. Had to ask another server if we should go to a table to be served. Bartender never cleared the bar from previous patrons - bottles, glasses and food trays all over for the hour we were there! Hamburger was WELL DONE and burned. Bar tender never asked how food was. Had to grab another server to get another beer. CRAZY!!!

Walked in and were seated promptly. Took quite a while for a server to come to us even though the store was almost empty. When we ordered drinks it had taken quite a while to get those as well. We ordered wings and a salad that were both brought out wrong, which they did quickly correct for us relatively quickly.

Typical Buffalo Wild Wings. Decent Bar food and drinks. However, enhance your experience by steering clear of the non-typical bar fare (like the tacos, which were disappointing). Stick to the decent burgers and chicken.Mixedrinks can be hit or miss.
