I recently sent two negative feedback's regarding the installation of 4 new Bridgestone tires on my 2017 Cadillac Escalade which I want to retract. After talking with Jason (MGR) who did everything possible to correct a misunderstanding when my order was placed, I want to apologize for the grief I put him through. The young man that originally placed my order for the tires, simply forgot to add the 4 sensors needed to complete the job and that is where the problem began. Jason and his assistant Mike did everything possible to make things right including giving me a $50 gift card which I appreciate. The sensors have now been installed and had I known what was involved in installing them, I would never had the tires mounted but would have waited until the sensors were in stock. I am 77 years old and dealt with people my whole career and I am aware that people do make mistakes! The fact that they go out of their way to correct it...is what it's all about! Thank you....LOVE COSTCO!

We had Costco memberships before they built this location so we've been going here since the day they opened. This is not the largest Costco with the most variety, but they are consistently excellent. Staff is great, prices are amazing (in fact they charge $1/lb more for ground beef at the Grafton location we used to frequent) and there are always many hidden clearance deals throughout the store. Many friendly, long-term employees make shopping here a real treat!

Ok, Costco, look! I have social Anxiety. I have to plan my whole time in your store. The noise and chaos is overwhelming enough without your people coming when i am trying to check out and asking me to upgrade my membership! Honestly, i tried it. It is not worth it! LEAVE ME ALONE! Or i may cancel all together!

I so wanted this to be a good Costco experience. I scheduled and had the eye appointment with the optometrist. She was personable. But she flipped through the eye exam so quickly. When I explained my problem with my current subscription, she simply said she'd increase the bottom reading level in the progressive lens. I was immediately skeptical, but I went along with the prescription. First mistake. I ordered three pair of glasses. When I picked them up, it was apparent the prescription was wrong. I tried to wear one of the pairs for a couple of days thinking my eyes needed to adjust. Didn't work. I returned them. The people behind the counter were somewhat supportive, but they appeared to suggest I was trying to just get my money back. After I proved I just wanted my glass' prescription to be right, they said they would simply adjust the top and bottom prescriptions according to my previous and new prescription. Once they let me know the new prescription lenses had been completed, I went to pick them up. They said they didn't have my frames and that I had taken them with me. I knew I had given them to them when I returned the glasses to be remade. In fact, they had the cases and still insisted I had the frames. Two days later, they called to let me know the lab had my frames and they had my new lenses ready to pick up. Final outcome: I have tried to wear these glasses. One pair is unwearable. They are plastic and the frames are not adjusted correctly. I said this to the counter person. She sighed heavily and tried to adjust them. One other pair seemed to be ok. I have been wearing this pair for 3 days, but the prescription is wrong. I have headaches and I am continuously nauseous . This week I will return all three pair of glasses to Costco. I am dreading this.

Not the best customer service, workers are rude. Very disrespectful, never Available to help customers but they have plenty time to talk with each other. Get ready to feel like an inconvenience at the store you pay to get in. This rating it's only on customer service experience not products

Difficult night at Costco . Tire appointment at 4 pm . 5:45 still waiting . I was informed that the tire machine has been broke for over a week so they've been working with one machine. Which is fine but then call some of your appointments and reschedule them so the customer is not waiting two hours. I would've been fine with a reschedule . Update is another hour wait. At this point I am now missing a pre-planned personal 6 PM appointment due to this That is greatly inconveniencing somebody else.

totally witnessed a woman getting ran up to by an employee and tell her children they could not drink and to keep their make on their nose at all times or leave. She told them that the mask mandate allows someone to drink or eat with moving their mask. what a bunch of mask nazi's!!! made one child cry. The employees looked silly-

That’s the kind friendly service that we see from the staff there; like Alex, Allen, Kenny, and many more. It’s like family when you walk in the door and they know your first name and the comfort level is like at home. As far as service, yesterday I had my tires rotated and I was pleased in the timely manner it was completed. The gentleman there were nice and even asked me how my day was; I appreciate that.

I would not recommend Costco in Bellevue’s Tire Center. I went to get my tires changed. It’s my first time getting my tires changed there. I’m not sure what their process is, so I asked. The man that was at the register on 8/24/20 @ 10 AM has terrible customer service skills. He needs to be retrain on customer service skills. He was very rude and not very informative at all.
