Lettuce was brown/rusty color. Hard to get workers attention to get this issue fixed. No apology from workers. Workers were goofing around on their phones and making paper airplanes. Very poor serviceI’ve never had an issue here until today.

Paid $14 for the new BBQ chicken crunch sandwich. Did not have bbq nor crunch, but made up for it in a literal blocks worth of cheddar for some reason.

Our new address doesn’t show up in their service area online so we called instead. Three times they made exceptions and delivered to us (we’re only 1.8 miles away from the Eaton Rd location). Today they said that we’re outside their service area and won’t add our address to their service area. The unwhiches are one of the very few healthy delivery options in Green Bay so we like their food. Why are you turning away money/profit? Why won’t you add our address to your two-mile radius service area?!!!

So we decided to have an easy lunch. On our order it shows quite clearly NOT to ring the doorbell, yet the driver rings the doorbell, causing our dogs to go crazy. Then, we do not have the extra bread we ordered and paid for. Call the store and we are told, 'we choose not to sell the bread at this store'. There is an envelope with our refund. No where on the website does it say this. Yes, I know the site is national, but we ordered and received the bread just a few weeks ago. My guess is the franchisee or manager is being lazy.

This is a small good place. People there are helpful and nice. The food is pretty good, I don't really go in, I order online which I think its better. 9/10

Foods good and they sell their old bread if you want to buy it and use it to make your own sandwiches. Use it quickly it will go hard after a day. The service is friendly and fairly quick. Food has always been fresh no issues and the business is kept clean including the bathrooms. They'll also deliver if you live in the area.Parking: I've not seen this parking lot fill up, you should have no problem.
