This is the Starbucks closest to my home so I tend to come here a lot. The staff is always extremely friendly. I absolutely adore them. I also have business meetings here occasionally and it’s always clean and well kept!

My favorite Starbucks in the Green Bay Area. Everything from the service, friendliness of staff, to beverages and food is always top notch! The parking lot can be quite full at times, but there is additional parking close by. This location is consistently great in how they treat customers and serve our favorites. We have several locations closer to our home and still will drive to this one.

Ordered two chia latte’s, asked for no water, no foam, six pumps of chia. They added water and foam. Had a sip at the store and couldn’t taste any chia. Asked for another shot and still tasted terrible. Very disappointed in the drink. Seemed like it was too much bother for them to make the drinks. Worst I have ever had.

Grabbed coffee here for all my bridal party the morning of the wedding. The staff was patient, kind, and extra accommodating to make sure we got every order correct. We so appreciated starting the day off right with a coffee??♥️

So I made a mistake and ordered at the wrong store... And was totally willing to leave and go get it there but this team made my whole order (two drinks and two sandwiches) in less than three minutes. They were so kind and understanding. The service was unmatched and of course, the food and drink was wonderful. We will make this our go to Starbucks from now on
I ordered and paid for a Venti, received a grande. I wouldn't make a big deal about it, but this sort of thing almost always happens whenever I go to Starbucks. Many times the cup isn't filled up all the way to the top, is missing a quarter of the drink, etc..

I work close by to this location so I go in almost every day. I’m a normal at this location so the staff see me everyday, maybe to much ? but there always so kind and sweet and make my day a bit better. I recommend this location for good items and for there sweet staff workers.

If you plan on going to this store early around the time they are supposed to open be warned that they may not be open. I placed a mobile order for pickup and when I arrived 10 minutes after open time there was nobody to be found. I have had multiple times where they have not opened the store on time. Now I am out my money as there is no way to request a refund for a mobile order. Normally service is nice and friendly, but if you can not get employees to open the store at your proper time then change your store hours.
