Kitchen and staff deserve a pay raise. 1stimer and the food was fabulous. The establishment could use some help as far as looks and the overall experience but that's not anyones fault that made my delicious food late on a Friday.

First time in a docs, only because a buddy of mine was going. I think I spent like $16 for a sandwich and onion rings. I wasnt really impressed with either the food or the price. There was a little tension in the back with another customer it felt like that day, but anyway yeah I mean... I won't really be back, but I don't recommend against checking them out... It's not awful, just not for me

We love Docs!! The wait is usually a bit longer for drive-thru than other places, but that's because it's made to order -- not sitting under a heat lamp or something. We're never disappointed. Tastes great and prices are decent as well! I recommend the Blue burger.
We usually look forward to stopping here on road trips through Beloit, but today was pretty bad. I asked for the fries extra crispy, but they came out soggy and barely lukewarm. It might have been due to the nearly half hour wait at the drive-thru, even with only one other car in front of us. Burger was fair. Burger, fries, and a small drink were $11.68. Never again.

We called in our order and the background noise of yelling made it hard to hear when my order was being read back to me. The person on the phone even ask the others to keep it down several times. I then went to pick up my order, like before, I skipped the speaker. By doing this I didn't know it meant I would be ignored at the window for over 10 minutes. After making eye contact with an employee several times and honking my horn. This girl comes over and gives me a major attitude. She told me if I want service I needed to stop at the speaker and let them know I'm there. Really!! I'm right in front of the window and you're looking right at me! I returned to work and told everyone about my experience, two different people said the employee's are the reason they won't go there. Apparently they don't have management, I tried many times calling to talk to a manager and get the same attitude. We don't have one, or they be here in like 2 or 3 hours. So I'm forced to write a review.. Customer experience is everything, if you want repeat visits!

I had the Wednesday sandwich special, ham, and Swiss. It was tasty, but there wasn't enough ham. It was a bread sandwich. On a positive note, the bread was soft and tasty. ?

Good Food was very busy the night I stopped to over 25 minutes for dinner? but worth the wait for the burger fries weren't fresh Luke warm n limp but I'll try it again because I think it's worth it..Kid-friendliness: Nice kids menu and affordable

Doc's is awesome. Heads up the food is cooked fresh so it does take time to get through the drive through or with an inside order. To me I would gladly take the wait for great food but some may not realize that.
